Mikel Arteta makes some more changes as Emile Smith Rowe makes his first appearance of the season. He comes on along with Fabio Vieira as Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka make way.

Inter Milan's Nicolo Barella thought he had been sent off by English referee Michael Oliver, but the official is told to check the incident on a pitchside monitor by VAR Stuart Attwell and then changes his mind.

Barella had tangled with goalscorer Brais Mendez. At first look, Oliver thought Barella had stamped on the player, but on the review decides that was not the case. Real Sociedad still lead 1-0 in Spain.

No surprises that the pace of this game has pretty much gone, Arsenal seem happy with the three goals and PSV seem happy to not concede any more.
