Rob in Brighton: Newcastle United v PSG is an absolute showcase of sportswashing. Not mentioning it is further enabling it. Absolute disgrace it’s allowed to happen.

It is always worth reiterating the controversial source of Newcastle's funding and ownership. It is also worth emphasising the incredible support the fans have given the club, and the great football they have played tonight.

I think they were looking at a handball in the first one. He is not offside but Dan Burn's header is so powerful.

Donnarumma has made two or three good saves here but he couldn't keep that out.

Gaz: If we win the Champions League, we'll celebrate with an open top bus parade...in Sunderland!

Dave: How they’ve got here is contentious, but there’s no denying it’s fun watching Newcastle play at home in the Champions League.

Mubeen: Mbappe cant do it on a cold wet night at... Newcastle!

Tom: We're outplaying PSG! That's one ticked off the bucket list!

PSG would love a goal before the break.

The most remarkable thing? This scoreline does not flatter Newcastle.

PSG, other than that early Dembele volley and a couple of shots from distance, have not turned up.

    Kylian Mbappe has been anonymous.

    BIG DAN BURN!

After having to wait a good few minutes for that decision, it is determined that Guimaraes was not offside when the ball was played out to him by Sandro Tonali before crossing for Burn to head in.

    Newcastle 1-0 PSG

How have Newcastle not doubled their lead! A mad passage of play!

Kieran Trippier lifts a free kick in which PSG nearly turn into their own net. Gigi Donnarumma has to make a stretching save, and then another from Bruno Guimaraes at his near post.

Guimaraes then chips in a cross which Dan Burn heads in, despite Donnarumma clawing it out from behind the line.

However the Brazilian has been flagged offside! VAR is checking this...

    RB Leipzig 0-1 Man City

David Raum tries to chest the ball down on the edge of the pitch, but chests it out of play.

That kind of sums up RB Leipzig when in possession, they've offered so little and what little they've had of the ball they have not made the most of.
