Robert Page is a man under pressure in Riga.

With just one win in his past 13 games, the Wales manager has faced a barrage of questions recently about his future and the criticism he has faced from fans and pundits.

Even a win tonight might not be enough to keep him in a job, though it would certainly help his prospects.

Page is a likeable figure who is popular among players and staff, but poor results and performance levels have put his position in doubt.

I'm really looking forward to watching this Wales team tonight.

The fact that the performance on Thursday was improved will give the group confidence.

We have high expectations for a Wales national team now.

Robert Page is fully aware of the pressure he's under - but insists it will not distract him ahead of tonight's crucial game.

Page is 12 months into the new four-year deal he signed before last year's World Cup.

Wales' poor form has prompted speculation about his future, but Page says his focus is on the football.

"I can't let that [pressure] affect me. I can't think about that," he said.

"I've got a job to do. I want to qualify for me, as a Welsh supporter myself.

"As the manager, I want to be in this job for the rest of my contract. I really enjoy working with this group of players."

Wales manager Robert Page makes just one change from Thursday’s goalless friendly draw with South Korea, in which he named a stronger line-up than expected.

Captain Aaron Ramsey returns in midfield, where Birmingham City 19-year-old Jordan James keeps his place after impressing against South Korea.

Ipswich Town forward Nathan Broadhead is the player to miss out, dropping to the bench.

Wales have just 10 substitutes rather than the usual 12 as a result of the withdrawals of Wayne Hennessey, Wes Burns and Tom Lockyer. Kieffer Moore and Joe Morrell are suspended.

Wales: Ward; Mepham, Rodon, B. Davies; Roberts, Ampadu, James, Williams; Wilson, Ramsey; Johnson.

Subs: Hennessey, A. Davies, King, Fox, Cabango, Burns, Sheehan, Brooks, Cullen, Matondo, Broadhead, Bradshaw.
