Re Anon 18:17. I get the need to rest/rotate - physical demands/pace of game are very different to when I started watching football at the end of the 1960s - but 11 changes from the weekend?

Ian, it’s not a case of thinking fringe players are good enough to win the Europa league. It is the fact that no fan would accept the likes of Salah playing and getting injured playing the Europa league

Well I've just criticised Lucas Digne's defensive efforts but there was no stopping that strike from outside the area on the volley.
It takes a slight deflection which to helps it spin on its way but Kacper Tobiasz had no chance of getting near it.

Emi Martinez called into action as Marc Gual gets round Lucas Digne and sends in a low shot which the Argentinian goalkeeper saves down to his right.
Digne has struggled so far this evening and he had no clue about that effort.
