Liverpool 3-1 Toulouse
Who said the Europa League was dull?
Brighton 1-0 Ajax
Just the five seconds extra in the first half.
Brighton go into the break with the lead thanks to that Joao Pedro goal. That first Europa League win is in their sights.
Brighton 1-0 Ajax
That is a very well-timed goal for Brighton. It will ease frustrations before the end of a half they have dominated.
The onus is on Ajax to come out after the break and that will suit Albion.
Liverpool 3-1 Toulouse
Luke Chambers pings a lovely ball into the danger area and Rasmus Nicolaisen has to stretch to prevent it from falling to a red shirt.
That will be a huge confidence-lift for the teenager who has been on Liverpool's books since the age of six.
Joao Pedro
And there it is!
It was always going to involve Kaoru Mitoma. He is found by Lewis Dunk on the edge of the box before cutting inside for a shot that is saved. It's not held by Diant Ramaj, though, and Joao Pedro follows in to fire home.
Brighton 0-0 Ajax
Five minutes to go in the half. Brighton dominating possession but still looking for that key opener.
If they can get their noses ahead here you'd really fancy them to run away with it.
Liverpool 3-1 Toulouse
So close!
Vincent Sierro with an ambitious attempt which falls agonisingly wide of Caoimhín Kelleher's post.
Toulouse are not done. Far from it.
Liverpool 3-1 Toulouse
Four goals in the opening 34 minutes at Anfield. And you wouldn't bet against more to come. Not a night of great defending.
Brighton 0-0 Ajax
Kaoru Mitoma is the man Brighton need to get the ball to the feet of. You won't be surprised by that.
Brighton 0-0 Ajax
Big chance!
Kaoru Mitoma picks a lovely pass to send Joao Pedro in behind the Ajax defence. He has just the keeper to beat but sees his low effort pushed aside by the diving Diant Ramaj before a defender hammers the ball away.
Brighton 0-0 Ajax
Ajax will be pretty happy with this. OK, they've offered next to nothing in the Albion half but they're not getting ripped open with regularity by any means.
Darwin Nunez
He's buried it!
Darwin Nunez with a no-nonsense finish into the roof of the net after a lovely free-flowing move which started with a driving run by Ryan Gravenberch.
Liverpool take control thanks to two quick-fire goals.
Brighton 0-0 Ajax
More disbelief in the Albion ranks as Jan Paul van Hecke is booked for holding his man. Again, it's a foul, but a yellow card? Really?
Brighton 0-0 Ajax
Almost disastrous defending from Ajax!
Jorrel Hato's back pass is short and it allows Joao Pedro to close down Diant Ramaj. The visiting keeper is fortunate to see his clearance hit the forward and go wide.
Ajax do not look comfortable playing out from the back.
Wataru Endo
Wataru Endo has his first Liverpool goal!
The Japan midfielder is one of the smallest players on the pitch but he still manages to get his head on the end of Trent Alexander-Arnold's lofted ball into the box.
Lovely celebrations and an assist from the captain.

Hard even as a Liverpool fan to not enjoy the Toulouse fans here!
Sam
Liverpool 1-1 Toulouse
That's a terrific save from the teenage keeper!
Ryan Gravenberch looks to be running into a brick wall when he manages to create space for himself on the edge of the box before going for goal.
However, Guillaume Restes manages to stretch out a big hand and turn it away.
Brighton 0-0 Ajax
Lewis Dunk is involved again, heading the Albion corner back across goal. Ajax can't clear and Simon Adingra latches on to the ball to sidefoot over.
Brighton 0-0 Ajax
Lewis Dunk steps up and hits the free-kick but the wall does its job, sending the ball spinning behind for a corner.
Brighton 0-0 Ajax
This time Joao Pedro does get a foul as Jorrel Hato takes him down. It's outside the box, though.
