    Brighton 0-0 Ajax

This is a better shout for a penalty than Joao Pedro's earlier one.

The forward latches on to a Kaoru Mitoma pass into the box and goes down after bashing into an Ajax defender. The ref makes it clear he thinks it was shoulder to shoulder.

Liverpool are taking too many touches and running with the ball. They have to remain patient.

    Liverpool 1-1 Toulouse

Curtis Jones and Joe Gomez collide. Gomez comes off worse but is able to get back on his feet. Liverpool have gone off the boil since conceding. They're struggling to carve out chances.

    Brighton 0-0 Ajax

    Bit harsh.

Kaoru Mitoma loses control and fouls Steven Berghuis on the edge of the Ajax box. It's a clear free-kick but a yellow card? The ref clearly thought it was a bit too reckless.

Moments before Toulouse's equaliser, Darwin Nunez was denied by a good block from making it 2-0. All the momentum is with the visitors right now and their 2,500 fans are making themselves heard.

    Chance!

Kaoru Mitoma's ball towards James Milner in the box is cut out but then the Ajax defender switches off to gift the ball back to the full-back. He shoots low but straight at Diant Ramaj.

    Liverpool 1-1 Toulouse

Question marks about Liverpool's defending for the equaliser. Jurgen Klopp will not be happy at all. No clean sheet for Caoimhín Kelleher.

Ajax are not looking to take the game to Albion in any way. They've got 11 men behind the ball, waiting for a home error from which they can break.

This is a much-changed Liverpool line-up but they have started from where they finished against Everton last weekend.

No Salah, Van Dijk or Szoboszlai. No problem.

    Brighton 0-0 Ajax

Understandably, this is a nervous-looking Ajax side. We're so used to them being technically superb and extremely confident on the ball but this season has been a chastening one for them so far.
