Ashley Young up against the speedster Mykhailo Mudryk is going to be an interesting battle.
The Ukrainian has beaten the 38-year-old twice already in the first five minutes.
Fulham 0-0 West Ham
Free-kick to West Ham about 35 yards out. Of course James Ward-Prowse is going to take it.
Is he going to drop it into the box? No, Ward-Prowse goes for glory and it requires a flying save by Bernd Leno to keep it out.
Luton 0-0 Manchester City
Great skills from Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson, who is the calmest man in the ground to produce a turn inside his six yard-box to avoid a chasing down Elijah Adebayo.
Risky, but he gets away with it.

The points penalty has really galvanised everyone.
What Everton really need to do is keep a tempo in the game, especially early on to keep that atmosphere in the stadium, don't let it subdue.
Chelsea will be trying to pass the ball slowly and take the sting out of the game.
Everton 0-0 Chelsea
Huge chance for Chelsea!
Enzo Fernandez has two bites at it - the first saved by Jordan Pickford and the second off target.
The move started through Cole Palmer, who is already causing a nuisance.

Luton need to be right at their A game, press at the right time, defend your box and have a bit of luck.
When you get the chance, put the ball in Manchester City's box and lets see if they can defend it.
Luton 0-0 Manchester City
A double chance for Manchester City. Phil Foden is played through as Luton are sliced open. He shoots across goal, but Thomas Kaminski pushes it out. It falls to Bernardo Silva and he cuts across it and hits his volley with the outside of the foot, but sends it just wide.

The Premier League anthem was widely jeered before kick-off once again here.
Cards with 'Corrupt10n' written alongside the Premier League logo have been handed out.

Right from the start Everton are on the attack with James Tarkowski trying to send Abdoulaye Doucoure away but Robert Sanchez is quickly off his line to gather.
Getting under way at Goodison, Kenilworth Road and Craven Cottage.

Winter sun is shining down on Goodison, where the banners are once again out in force after the points deduction.
Strap yourselves in. We're ready to go.

It's incredible what Sean Dyche has done at Everton. People were questioning if he was the right man, but under adversity it has been an incredible run of results.
They are playing with confidence now. You always felt when those 10 points [deduction] came that they would be fine because there are teams so much worse and they would pick results up quickly.
Not possibly as quick as this, but the way they dispatched Newcastle - they are on the up.

In terms of Chelsea they've had three managers now in the last 18 months, starting with Thomas Tuchel, then Graham Potter, real good managers - top end managers tactically.
They haven't quite produced because one, there has been an influx of players, two, a lot of uncertainty around it.
Mauricio Pochettino has come in again with another influx of players so it's going to take a little bit of time. You see glimpses of it.
Against the sides they should beat, they beat. It's just they're falling down at the minute against the top end ones and that can happen.

@millsy most pro Moyes fans don't watch them games, like the pundits, look at a table and celebrate. There's nothing to say you can't be successful and play with more than 20% possession. The EPL is results based but football isn't...its entertainment, settling for anything less isn't acceptable

Edson Alvarez has been an effective foil for others in West Ham’s midfield this season, so it’ll be interesting to see how they cope without him today. He’s missing out through illness.

Aston Villa are definitely a part of the title race. Emery has them playing some slick football, and they have been resilient at the back. Remains to be seen whether or not they can keep this up over the whole season, but with Arsenal, Liverpool and City all not looking dominant, there's no reason they can't do it.

One thing you can say is we're talking about probably the world's best manager here - he's always been adaptable to anything.
He plays with false nines, he invented the inverted full-back, all these things.
All it'll do [Haaland being out] is test his invention really and he has that in abundance so I don't think it's disastrous.
Yes, Haaland gives them something totally different because when they are in an average moment him and De Bruyne are the ones that can provide something different.

It is a case of one step forward, two back for Chelsea at the moment.
Bad performance at Newcastle, good one against Brighton, average one at Old Trafford.
As each game passes, it feels like another season of treading water for Chelsea's expensively assembled squad.
Mauricio Pochettino needs some consistency over Christmas - and for that, he needs to tighten up his team because at the moment they are giving their opponents far too many opportunities to score.

Everton last won three in a row in the Premier League in February-March 2021 under Carlo Ancelotti.
After wins over Nottingham Forest and Newcastle, can they finally find a first top-flight hat-trick of wins under Sean Dyche?
