It has been a bit of a stalemate in this second half.

Obviously, that is why the managers are now looking to make changes.

Stephy Mavididi has looked lively, he has done well with the ball.

That is actually surprising to see him come off.

Leicester boss Enzo Maresca makes his first change of the day.

Abdul Fatawu, who scored in the draw at Sheffield Wednesday in midweek, replaces Stephy Mavididi.

Leicester City have made a habit of winning at The Hawthorns in recent times.

They have actually won their past five away league games against West Brom, winning all games in the Premier League between 2014-15 and 2020-21.

Can they keep that up today in the Championship?

This free-kick is lofted high to the back post, but Alex Palmer commands his area and plucks the ball from the air.

Dewsbury-Hall sprints to the corner to take the corner, but all the rushing leads to a poor delivery with West Brow clearing.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall now stands over a free-kick about 20 yards out.

He goes direct for goal, but his effort comes off the defensive wall for a corner.

He looks up and flashes a pass across the face of goal, but there isn't a Foxes team-mate there to meet it.

James Justin is backtracking at pace for Leicester to keep a ball over the top away from Grady Diangana.

Justin is first to it and does enough to nod the ball back for Mads Hermansen to clutch.

And from the corner, West Brom threaten again.

This time it's a deflected John Swift shot from out wide that calls Mads Hermansen into action.

West Brom's Grady Diangana got the rebound and tried his luck.

The big lads went up for the set piece.

It was desperate defending by Leicester.

The follow up strike had loop on it and it was difficult for goalkeeper Mads Hermansen.

Grady Diangana has a chance fall at his feet on the edge of the area.

He plays a big part in creating the chance, linking up with Darnell Furlong on the right, who whips a low ball into the area.

Diangana meets the clearance, and has a shot deflected out for a corner.

Harry Winks looks lively running from deep for Leicester, but he gets over excited with his pass looking for Stephy Mavididi. It's a long way off the mark and runs dead.

Neither one of them look happy with how that played out.

Neither side turned to their benches at half-time for changes.

West Brom, however, were forced into that first-half change with Matt Phillips replaced by John Swift.

I think we will see Jamie Vardy come on for Leicester at some point.

Kelechi Iheanacho has done well, but it is hard for him being up front on his own.

Leicester get the second half up and running.

It's been interesting to see that Foxes boss Enzo Maresca was given a West Brom cap on his first return to The Hawthorns, where he played as a teenager.

Will his league leading side leave with more than that today?

Leicester need to stay patient and remind everyone that they are top of the league.

They need to keep the crowd moaning and groaning with more of the same.

West Brom won't like that.

This meeting of the Championship high-flyers has failed to really excite, but both West Brom and Leicester have had their moments.

A draw isn't going to do either side massive favours as it stands.

If Leicester earn only a share of the spoils, it means they can be overtaken at the summit if Ipswich beat Coventry later today.

West Brom will remain fifth with a draw, but victory would take them up to third ahead of the later games.

I think Leicester are doing well. They totally dominated the game in the first few minutes.

They needed to stamp their authority and I think they did that.

The only problems that Leicester are creating are their own.

One sloppy pass got the crowd excited.
