I`d like to see us to go out and press that ball a little bit earlier when the ball reaches the corner of the box, they're the danger areas.

A really good finish from Vangsgaard, typical textbook finish leaving Olivia Clarke with no chance.

    Amalie Vangsgaard

It has been coming, and it is a wonderful header from Amalie Vangsgaard.

The PSG striker has more space than Gemma Grainger will be happy about, but she does excellently to head the ball on target while twisting her body in mid-air.

It all came from a poor pass at the back from Rhiannon Roberts who gifted the hosts possession in a dangerous area.

Another cross, this time from Katrine Veje, is just over-hit looking for Mille Gejl at the back post.

The Denmark striker reaches out a leg but cannot connect with the ball which goes behind for a goal kick.

    Denmark 0-0 Wales

Denmark are having more and more of the ball deeper and deeper into the Welsh half.

    Nervy moments here.

  7. Big chance goes beggingpublished at 23 mins

    Denmark 0-0 Wales

Best chance of the game so far!

Sofie Svava does excellently down the left hand side to drive forward and cut inside.

The Real Madrid full-back pulls the ball back to Sofie Bredgaard who is arriving late but she makes next to no contact with the ball and it rolls through to Olivia Clark.

    Still goalless.

I think Wales are looking more confident this evening.

You can already see the discipline in-between units, having the back five gives them a little extra security, its settled Wales a little bit.

Denmark are moving in and out of spaces really well, they are not drilled to one position, they are asking Wales to think about the runs and drawing players out.

You never quite know with this Danish side who is playing where.

A dangerous cross from Frederikke Thordersen looks to find Amalie Vangsgaard at the back post.

Rhiannon Roberts appears to slip as the cross comes in but she still does enough to put off the PSG striker who fires over the bar.

Denmark still seeing plenty of the ball in Viborg but the majority of it at this stage is closer to the half-way line than the Welsh box.

If we can get a point tonight I think that would be a fantastic result.

This delivery from Sofie Bredgaard is to the back post looking for Sanne Troelsgaard.

The Reading midfielder finds half a yard of room but goes for an adventurous volley and can only put her effort wide of the right upright.

The warning signs are there for Wales though.

Denmark have another free kick in a dangerous position after Sofie Svava is clattered to the floor.

One of the biggest concerns for Wales has been conceding from wide areas and that's probably why they've gone with a back five this evening, to stop that from happening.

It is just not clicking for Denmark so far.

Another loose pass from Kathrine Moller Kuhl is too far ahead of Sofie Svava and it will be a throw to Wales deep in their own half.

Plenty of talk about formation but at least it is more organised than Wales' team photos continue to be.

Josie Green has got a lot to prove this evening, she will relish the fact that she's starting and really want to prove to Gemma Grainger why she should be starting.

Wales don't look comfortable in the shape in my opinion.

Rhiannon Roberts has played centre back but Josie Green has barely any experience as a right wing-back so that worries me.

The near-post delivery is easily dealt with my the bolstered Welsh defence who clear the ball long back into the Danish half.

Still very little in the way of possession so far but no clear cut chances for Denmark so far.
