Kilmarnock manager Derek McInnes tells BBC Scotland: "We were [good value for the win]. We've got the job done.
"I thought we dominated possession. We lose our captain Kyle Vassell, obviously disappointing.
"It was great from big Innes [Cameron]. He led the line really well. He takes his goal well.
"The team's in a good place."

Motherwell manager Stuart Kettlewell tells BBC Scotland: "It comes down to us being second best in a big moment in the game. They show that bit of quality.
"We did look more resolute. That's no consolation when you lose that goal.
"We find ourselves in a real tough spot. It looks like we've got a couple of broken noses. It looks like Paul McGinn has a fractured cheek.
"I'm ever the optimist, I'm always going to be. There's nobody more upset and angry about [the form] than myself. We're showing a soft centre and we're probably not making the right decisions.
"There has to be something that changes."

Derek McInnes will be pleased at his side’s response to the disappointment of defeat by St Johnstone in midweek. Killie were good value for the three points and, in truth, could probably have won by more.
They recovered well from the loss of captain and top scorer Kyle Vassell on 15 minutes. His replacement Innes Cameron was a real handful for the Motherwell defence and grabbed the decisive goal, while Danny Armstrong looked back to his creative best.
It’s seven league games without a win for Motherwell and while they defended more resolutely than they did in the capitulation to Aberdeen, their lack of composure on the ball and little threat in attack will be concerning to Stuart Kettlewell.
Next up is a trip to St Johnstone on Tuesday and Motherwell really need to arrest this slump sooner rather than later.
