FT: Ross County 0-3 Celtic
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers told BBC Scotland: "The persistence impressed me. It's never easy when a team goes down to 10 men - believe it or not - because the spaces are minimal afterwards.
"Credit to County because they defended well, made it difficult for us, defended man-to-man. But I was pleased at the guys who came in, they gave us great energy at the beginning. It was a really good performance, scored three goals, could have had more and kept a clean sheet.
"Patience is key but there has to be speed in the game. You have to move them around, tire them out. I've seen teams that play too slowly and don't work the opposition.
"The guys who came on gave us extra energy and made an impact. Celtic are used to quality, and Luis [Palma] has quality. Celtic have always had wingers who can get you off your seat and he certainly does that."

It's a bit of a throwback this game, two big physical teams going at it. There have been some very meaty challenges going in. Good, strong and, crucially, legal tackles.
There has been the odd bit of quality too, most notably from Killie wide man Danny Armstrong. The game needs a goal and he looks the most likely so far to create something.
No goals and not much in the way of chances so far at Rugby Park.
Kilmarnock's Brad Lyons came closest to scoring with a header that was superbly saved by Liam Kelly.

Mika Biereth spins and shoots a dropping ball over. Good technique, the Motherwell striker just could not keep it down.

There's been a few warning signs for Motherwell in this first half. They knew Kilmarnock would be strong.
First part of the job is getting to half-time without having conceded. When you've conceded seven goals in your last two games, you need that trust and confidence.

Kilmarnock 0-0 Motherwell
There was some uncertainty about where Calum Butcher would play, but as you can see from the average positions. Motherwell's number 66 is helping out in the midfield.
Joe Wright, in the unfamiliar position of out and out right-back, seems to be enjoying the freedom, with Killie's number 4 high on the flank.

Great timing of the run from Brad Lyons. What a save from Liam Kelly!
