Dunfermline 0-0 Dundee United
Last ditch from Dunfermline!
A sweeping United move gives Glenn Middelton the chance to tee up Tony Watt, who goes with the outside of the boot.
His effort heads towards Louis Moult and the follow up strike is blocked heroically at the back. Point blank range.
Dunfermline 0-0 Dundee United
No real rhythm in this one yet.
It's pretty messy with neither side managing to get their flair players on the ball.
Dunfermline 0-0 Dundee United
Decent delivery, but it's headed away emphatically.
Dunfermline 0-0 Dundee United
First flash of last week's star Owen Moffat as he wins his side a corner.

Kai Fotheringham wants a penalty.
He's trying to get round Ewan Otoo, who does brilliantly to shield, and Deniz Mehmet comes rushing off his line to get the ball away.
The goalkeeper does get awfy close to Fotheringham, tough one.
Dunfermline 0-0 Dundee United
That was much more like it as Joe Chalmers came striding forward with confidence. James McPake will want more of that, and less of that carry on at the back.
Dunfermline 0-0 Dundee United
That's scrappy stuff from the hosts.
A United corner causes carnage in the box, with Dunfermline eventually clearing their lines.
Dunfermline 0-0 Dundee United
What we saying about Deniz Mehmet's goalie kit?
It's, em, loud. It's definitely loud.

First of the Remembrance events we'll see across Scottish football this weekend as the Last Post is played out to a silent East End Park.

Despite the fact we're still a relatively short way through the season, this will actually be the third time these two teams have faced off already.
A 95th minute goal from Matthew Cudjoe deprived Dunfermline of a big victory in the second game of the season as it ended 1-1 at Tannadice.
Jim Goodwin's side were far more impressive in their Scottish Cup meeting with the Pars, as goals from Louis Moult and Declan Glass, as well as an Aaron Comrie own goal, saw United safely through to the fourth round.

Quite sensationally, there is only one man to have scored more Championship goals this season than Kevin Holt.
A reminder, Kevin Holt is a centre-half. A centre-half that scored a hat-trick the other week for crying out loud.
The defender will be keen to improve to his tally tonight and move beyond teammate Tony Watt and Queen's Park's Ruari Paton on six, while catching up with seven-goal Brian Graham who leads the way.

Dundee United manager Jim Goodwin tells BBC Scotland: "I think James McPake has done a terrific job. I think he's recruited really well. We found it difficult against them at Tannadice.
"It's going top be a great game here tonight. We all enjoy Friday night football under the lights. Hopefully that'll generate a good atmosphere.
"Hopefully it will give the people at home a good watch too."

Managers often ask for a quick start, but scoring 20 seconds into the game is going beyond the call.
That's exactly what Owen Moffat did under last week's Friday night lights as Dunfermline shellshocked Morton at Cappielow.
After scoring his first senior goal, it took him just six minutes to bag his second.
Things didn't work out for the 21-year-old at Celtic. Now on loan from Blackpool, you get the sense he's a young man with a point to prove top of the border.
Dunfermline v Dundee United (19:45)
Dunfermline manager James McPake tells BBC Scotland: "United are on a very good run. it's not easy to come down a league and hit theb ground running, so credit to them.
"We just need to concentrate on ourselves and go out and play the way we want to play.
"Getting a positive result, that's the plan.

Right, this game better be so good that is distracts me from the fact I've just clocked a massive spider in the corner of the room.

Funny to think that this time last year, Dunfermline were in League One and Dundee United were in the Premiership. Now, they're going at it in the second tier.
As a good pal always likes to remind me, life comes at you fast.
