    Ipswich 3-0 Millwall

Millwall fail to sufficiently clear another Ipswich raid, and having already scored a goal, Massimo Luongo comes so close to a Town fourth.

It rolled into his path perfectly, he side-footed it with real venom, but it seared just wide of the Lions goal.

    Sheff Wed 0-1 Leicester

There's still hope from Sheffield Wednesday that they can get something out of this game.

Callum Paterson wins the ball back from Leicester and finds Marvin Johnson, who tries a low drive from well outside the box but Foxes keeper Mads Hermansen easily saves.

    Sheff Wed 0-1 Leicester

Leicester should be home and dry here.

Kasey McAteer works on to Jamie Vardy's delivery but he strikes wide of the mark.

A let off for Sheffield Wednesday. Surely they couldn't hold the league leaders to a draw with a dramatic late goal?

  4. CLOSE!published at 21:29 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2023

    Ipswich 3-0 Millwall

Conor Chaplin drives at the Millwall box before arcing a shot from 20 yards out, only for Ipswich old-boy Bartosz Bialkowski to tip over and spare Millwall a fourth.

Chaplin is in a proverbial dinner suit tonight. Effortlessly cool.

    Leeds 3-1 Swansea

Crysencio Summerville tickles the ball down the left for Leeds and into the box before cutting back.

Sub Patrick Bamford attacks it, looking for his first goal since April, but it skitters wide.

Couldn't quite get his foot round it to turn it goalside of the post.

Oof, the comeback might be on, here!

What a goal this is from Sikiri Dembele. The Birmingham man takes it on his left foot, then his right, then back to his left and beats his marker to earn the space to fire in from the edge of the box.

Could be a nervy finish for Blackburn here. Blues are in the ascendancy.

It's so cold here my highlighter has just frozen and snapped.

Not long until you get to go back inside Michael...

    Ipswich 3-0 Millwall

Somehow Ipswich fail to score as Nathan Broadhead dummies about six times on the edge of the Millwall box.

Then, Massimo Luongo has a dig which thuds into the thigh of Casper de Norre - I think. It was one to make the eyes water. Sunday morning, ice cold, shot smacking the thigh. We've all been there.

He's just gone off too, probably with the ball print on his leg.

Sheffield Wednesday holding firm as Leicester search for their second and what would surely be the decisive goal at Hillsborough.

Jamie Vardy twice comes close but he's shut out by the hosts.

    Blackburn 3-1 Birmingham

Sammie Szmodics races through into the Birmingham box to quell the pressure the visitors have piled on Blackburn of late.

He puts in a cheeky backheel towards Arnor Sigurdsson, who fires low at Blues keeper John Ruddy who makes a comfortable save.

    Sheff Wed 0-1 Leicester

    Michael Morrison
Former Foxes defender on BBC Radio Leicester

This could be an awkward last 10 minutes for Leicester if it stays how it is, the home crowd will start to get behind Wednesday.

Leicester need to make sure they take their chances when it opens up for them.

Sweeping changes by Sunderland boss Tony Mowbray.

Jobe Bellingham, Patrick Roberts, Eliezier Mayenda and Adil Aouchiche off, with Bradley Dack, Abdoullah Ba, Alex Pritchard and Luis Hemir on.

    Southampton 1-0 Bristol City

    Gary Owers

You can't say that Bristol City are out of it because in football things can change in a flash, but Southampton have outplayed them in this second half.

  14. Postpublished at 21:18 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2023

    Ipswich 3-0 Millwall

Millwall look mildly threatening when a loose pass goes awry and Ipswich break.

Conor Chaplin moves with the ball before he is crudely halted by Casper de Norre.

Certainly not a friendly ghost, the Belgian.

    Blackburn 3-1 Birmingham

Birmingham piling everything they can at Blackburn at the minute.

Lukas Jutkiewicz heads from close range but Rovers somehow keep his effort out.

Suddenly the hosts don't quite look as comfortable as they did even 10 minutes ago.

  16. 'A good sign for Leeds'published at 21:15 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2023

    Leeds 3-1 Swansea

    Bradley Johnson
Former Leeds midfielder on BBC Radio Leeds

Leeds started the half really well, they looked like the team that were going to score.

You want everybody to chip in with goals, it's a good sign, that's what you want in a promotion hunt.

Bit of daylight for Leeds, as Dan James puts one away against his old club.

It's a steaming tackle from Sam Byram on half-way which becomes an inadvertent pass to Georginio Rutter, and he tees up James to skip into the box and arrow his shot high into the roof of the Swansea net.

    A buffer now.

    Huddersfield lead again!

It's Jaheim Headley who is the architect, stomping forward without being closed down.

Eventually, Jobe Bellingham makes a challenge, but Delano Burgzorg is first to the loose ball, takes it to the box and then hits a half-volley which whizzes beyond Anthony Patterson.

They'll rue their misses chances now, will Sunderland.

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:11 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2023

    Ipswich 3-0 Millwall

George Honeyman goes scything in, having just come on for Millwall, and leaves his opponent Nathan Broadhead crumpled in a heap.

It was industrial. Ipswich players came steaming in to protest.

Honeyman's first involvement is typically bullish.

Is this the start of Birmingham's comeback against Blackburn?

Sikiri Dembele curls into the far corner. An impressive strike to get the visitors on the board.

Blues came from behind to beat Sheffield Wednesday at the weekend after all, but overturning Blackburn's three-goal advantage will take some doing.
