Now Jack Hinshelwood heads it wide from Pascal Gross' cross.

Oooh, Facundo Buonanotte heads down the long pass from Billy Gilmour.

Pascal Gross then flicks it over the head of a defender before drilling it across the face of goal, only for Konstantinos Mavropanos to deflect it out of harm's way.

Jarrod Bowen sprints to keep the ball in play on the right and wins a corner as a result. Big roar of approval from the home fans.

It was a great, mazy run from Joao Pedro, but the final finish let him down. Just tried to cut it back across goal but hit it down the keeper's throat.

A tame effort from Pablo Fornals is straight at Jason Steele.

A few moments later, Joao Pedro dances inside off the left, beating a few players with his quick feet but he thumps it straight at Alphonse Areola.

That was a really good chance, created all by himself, and he couldn't capitalise.

When you go to ground like Emerson did there, your arms will always come up. It was a natural position to be in.

Thankfully VAR didn't take too long on the decision either.

Frantic! It goes straight up the other end to Jarrod Bowen but he can't turn to get a shot off.

The VAR check comes to nothing. No penalty.

Strong appeals by Jack Hinshelwood as his cross is blocked by a sliding Emerson in the box. He's claiming handball and while play goes on, that will be checked by VAR.
