Timo Werner is playing some electric football now. What did he have at the break?! His ball in nearly brings another chance but Brentford get it clear this time.

  7. Postpublished at 54 mins

    Man City 3-0 Burnley

This has to go in for Burnley.

Zeki Amdouni chases down a ball over the top and only has Ederson to beat but he gets too much on his effort which flies just over the bar.

Kolo: My goodness, Conor Bradley is some uncut GEM.

Al: Chilwell didn’t chill well there for Chelsea!

Mike That Chelsea defending for the Jota goal was utterly abysmal. A real lack of effort

That's what you call a half-time change! Again Spurs come down the left, Timo Werner flashes a shot/cross across goal and sub Brennan Johnson slides in to turn in with possibly his first touch.

    Superb turnaround!

Deserved. No doubt about it. He gets a little break o the ball but he deserves it and earns it.

Chilwell is poor on the left-hand side and Liverpool counter very well. Jota gets the break of the ball but he deserves it and finishes with great aplomb.

    It's been on the cards.

  12. 'Poor defending from Chelsea'published at 20:41 Greenwich Mean Time 31 January

    Liverpool 1-0 Chelsea

    Chris Sutton
Former Blackburn striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

Well you cannot say it wasn't coming!

Darwin Nunez has had five attempts at goal and it is brilliant from Diogo Jota it is just about persistence.

Liverpool break on Chelsea and quick feet on the edge of the box from Jota, but it is poor defending from Chelsea.

Jota bundles through them and he wasn't going to miss that.

  13. Postpublished at 52 mins

    Man City 3-0 Burnley

Manchester City’s third goal is the 500th Burnley have conceded in the Premier League. Only Watford (297 games), Norwich (311) and West Brom (312) have conceded 500 goals in the competition in fewer games than Burnley (326).

And you know what, a fourth looks inevitable now as Phil Foden skips forward before seeing his shot blocked.

The Tottenham Globetrotters are level! So many attacking players and it's Destiny Udogie who finds a way through. He plays it to Timo Werner, who gives it back, and while a Brentford player gets a touch it falls for Udogie to sweep in.

    It's been coming.

Diogo Jota somehow gets in between two Chelsea defenders, a mixture of poor defending and a lucky bounce, before slotting the ball home.
