Khadija Shaw celebrates scoring against Tottenham in the WSLImage source, Getty Images

Manchester City striker Khadija Shaw is in a rich vein of form at the moment, scoring three hat-tricks in her last four Women's Super League games.

The first of those came in City's 7-0 thrashing of Tottenham in November.

Trebles against Everton and Liverpool have followed, drawing Shaw level with Vivianne Miedema as the WSL's top hat-trick scorer.

Shaw also netted all three in a 3-1 win in City's previous meeting with Spurs.

    Is the three-peat on?

  12. 'No one taking charge for Everton'published at 13:53 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January

    Everton 0-1 Leicester

    Rachel Brown-Finnis
Ex-England goalkeeper on BBC Red Button

No one is taking charge in the box for Everton.

Lena Petermann was all on her own when she received the ball, Yuka Momiki as well. Leicester are looking so comfortable on the ball and are really starting to find those half spaces which are very hard to defend.

I'm at Brisbane Road down in Leyton this afternoon and the sun is out, shining over one half of the pitch.

It's a big day for Manchester City, who will be without midfielder Jill Roord for the first time since it was confirmed she had suffered the dreaded ACL injury.

I'm told she has travelled with the City squad today to support the team and will sit with them.

Roord has been one of the outstanding players in the WSL this season so how will City cope without her?

Tottenham will hope to capitalise. They have been very dangerous this season but have a tendancy to concede lots of goals.

England midfielder Grace Clinton has been in electric form and might see this as an opportunity to dominate that area without Roord.
