    Liverpool 0-1 Arsenal

    Laura Bassett
Former England international on Sky Sports

It's an excellent save from Rachael Laws.

Such an important save too because if that had gone in the game was well and truly Arsenal's.

She reads Caitlin Foord's body shape and where she is going to put the shot. A really solid hand to palm it away.

  12. GREAT SAVE!published at 17:53 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January

    Liverpool 0-1 Arsenal

    Ooh, unlucky!

Caitlin Foord does really well to out-muscle Gemma Bonner in the tackle.

    Liverpool 0-1 Arsenal

    Laura Bassett
Former England international on Sky Sports

This all comes from Emily Fox skipping past three players.

She finds Vivianne Miedema, who is in acres of space, clears the ball from under her feet and hits it towards goal.

It takes a huge deflection, cruel on Liverpool, and flies past Rachael Laws. Could she have saved it without that deflection? Perhaps. But the power on the strike makes it fly past her into the back of the net.

    From nowhere!

Arsenal have struggled to break the lines but they do it here. They find Vivianne Miedema in space, she takes a few steps forward before shooting.

It is Miedema's first goal since December 2022 after being a large chunk of time an ACL injury.
