  1. 'Villa have been devastating'published at 18:29 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

HT: Sheff Utd 0-4 Aston Villa

    Jamie Redknapp
Former Tottenham midfielder on Sky Sports

You see the scoreline and you assume that Sheffield United have been awful, but you have to compliment how good Aston Villa have been. They have been devastating.

  2. 'Wilder has got a massive team talk now'published at 18:28 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

HT: Sheff Utd 0-4 Aston Villa

    Chris Waddle
Ex-Newcastle winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

I have got to say that one team has turned up - that is Aston Villa. Sheffield United haven't. Chris Wilder has got a massive team talk now. It is about not conceding any more goals and trying to win the second half. It's as simple as that - get a bit of pride back. Aston Villa have been brilliant, I have got to say.

Dave at 18.06....not quite...Derby only amassed 11 points all season but Sheff Utd already have 10.

Hey Rob (17:35)…could it be 5-4 to the Blades?

  4. 'Tielemans is the man causing all the problems'published at 18:26 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

HT: Sheff Utd 0-4 Aston Villa

    Chris Waddle
Ex-Newcastle winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

Youri Tielemans has been the problem. No-one is picking him up. He has got a free role behind Ollie Watkins and he is just dropping down into midfield, walking around in little areas - finding holes and finding space. Nobody is picking him up. Sheffield United would be better off thinking that when they lose the ball, go and mark him. He is the man causing all the problems.

They might need to extend MOTD at this rate. 25 goals in 5 games is going to challenge the editing.

I feel bad for whoever has to announce the attendance at Sheffield's ground, the number must be dropping by the second.

They [Sheffield United] just can't get near them [Aston Villa]. The difference is unbelievable.

Sheffield United don't have anyone up the pitch as their defenders clear the ball to nobody. It's just damage limitation now. If it carried on like that we could have had our first ever double-figures Premier League win.

I think there’s an element of wanting to put right the reverse fixture for Villa here. Should have beaten them at ours and barring a collapse, this game is Villa’s.

As a Derby supporter I’ve done my best to forget, but Sheff Utd are doing their best to remind me what 2007/08 was like.
