He was the one who made it in the penalty area, determined, sending it across with he finally gets his bit of luck as the ball deflects off the keeper. He just swings his left foot and puts it in the net.

What a turnaround for Harry Maguire.

    Man Utd 1-1 Fulham

Harry Maguire was left in so much space that Fulham keeper Bernd Leno cannot fathom why he wasn't flagged offside.

There is the customary check from the VAR... all good from a United point of view.

Calvin Bassey, who scored Fulham's goal, keeps Maguire on with a size 10.

These United performances remind me of the early SAF days. Not great, getting results, but lacking a system. Players not performing. We seem to forget it took United 4 years to win a trophy, a further 3 for the league. And he had the same challenges ETH has - less the owners.

    Burnley have one back!

Great work by Vitinho to get a low cross in from the left. It deflects up and David Datro Fofana heads in.

It will be checked, however, because Lorenz Assignon may have been impacting play from an offside position.

You can see why they are doing that [making a defensive change] but I just think they don't need to change too much.

No rush for Fulham now, slowing it down, game management but they have got to be careful. I think they have got to keep possession and move Manchester United around.

    Villa are hunting a fifth.

Matty Cash, who has had a brilliant game, nearly tees up Leon Bailey in the box. Neco Williams cuts out the chance with a great sliding tackle.

Are we getting in to desperate times/desperate measures for Manchester United?

Well, this is not quite sticking your keeper up front from Erik ten Hag but it is one full of attacking intent.

Kobbie Mainoo goes off and is replaced by warp-speed winger Amad Diallo.
