On one hand, things are looking up at Manchester United - they have won their last four Premier League games, and five in all competitions, along with Jim Radcliffe's co-ownership finally being confirmed.

Not all is rosy at Old Trafford however, with Rasmus Hojlund ruled out of today's game with a muscle injury.

This is Manchester United's first game since Sir Jim Ratcliffe's co-ownership of the club was confirmed on Tuesday night.

United manager Erik ten Hag is probably quite wise to start his programme notes by mentioning his new boss.

"I must start by offering a warm welcome to Sir Jim Ratcliffe as the new co-owner of Manchester United," said the Dutchman.

"He has high ambitions for this club and I am very excited about what we can all achieve together.

"There is huge potential for us in long term."
