Sinhealer: Said it a few times on here, once Ivory Coast got out the group they would win it and the Hollywood film would follow! So much drama on the way as well, penalty shootout wins, last minute equaliser and then winners in ET, all that after sacking a manager for being terrible in the group. Then win it from coming from behind. That film is definitely coming!

ChillyYorkshire: A fantastic tournament, some great matches, big upsets, quality goals. And the refereeing has been superb, including the use of VAR - I don't remember a single VAR decision that took long to make, nor incorrect. The Premier League refs could learn a lot from watching this tournament.

Oncha: Ivory Coast have just shown that having all these high profile managers is not what national teams need for successful campaign. They only need a guy who understands both football and his players. Emerse Fae may just have changed the face of national team coaching.
