    Blackburn Rovers 4-1 Wrexham

Paul Mullin and Sam Dalby are off, Ollie Palmer and Jake Bickerstaff come on.

I think we can safely describe that as Wrexham waving the white flag as they turn their attention back to trying to achieve League Two promotion.

    Another chance comes!

Sammie Szmodics curls the ball just wide.

    Blackburn Rovers 4-1 Wrexham

Sammie Szmodics is totally unmarked but can't get a good connection on the ball.

A chance for back-to-back FA Cup hat-tricks goes begging.

    Another will surely come.

    Blackburn Rovers 4-1 Wrexham

Wrexham, in truth, rode their luck a little against Shrewsbury in the last round.

They've been well beaten tonight, Blackburn's attacking class has really been on display.

    Blackburn Rovers 4-1 Wrexham

A rare foray forward for Wrexham, but James Jones sees his effort saved.

I would say that Elliot Lee's effort reminded me of David Beckham v Wimbledon, but I don't want you to worry that I'm trapped in 1997 and don't have any other references.

Now I'm just going to watch As Good As It Gets and listen to Barbie Girl.

Elliot Lee, what can I say, great vision.

He wasn't too far away was he? Great effort.

    Great vision from Elliot Lee.

He spots the goalkeeper off his line and has a go from his own half, but the ball goes wide.

Ex-Wrexham striker and manager on BBC Radio Wales

Wrexham haven't been able to lay a glove on Blackburn this second half.

Unfortunately, this looks like one game too far.

Tyrhys Dolan, Sam Gallagher and Jake Garrett get a rest and Yasin Ayari, Ben Chrisene and Semir Telalovic get a chance to impress.

You'd like to think that's game over.

At this point Blackburn should be smelling blood, I hope they don't take their foot of the gas.

    Ashley Williams
Former Wales defender on BBC Match of the Day

It's been disappointing from Wrexham's point of view.

We said at half-time that they needed to start fast in the second half. I don't think they did that.

It's an uphill, massive challenge for Wrexham to still be in this game.

I don't really see how they can change the flow of the play.

In an otherwise miserable season for Blackburn, they are really enjoying themselves now.

    Sondre Tronstad

    Game over!

Sammie Szmodics and Sam Gallagher both tried and find space for a shot as Blackburn broke and when the ball broke loose from Gallagher's tackle, Sondre Tronstad was on hand to wallop the ball home.

Tronstad's shot was deflected, but it was a thunderous effort and flew into the top corner.

Just went down a brief 'I think Jon Dahl Tomasson played for Newcastle' rabbit hole.

He did, of course, in 1997-98.

Blackburn v Newcastle featuring Jon Dahl Tomasson has a real 90s feel about it doesn't it?

Wrexham need to start asking Blackburn questions again.

We all know goals change games and if Wrexham can start knocking on the door, you never know.
