    West Ham 0-0 Arsenal

It's a much calmer day weather wise then the last time I saw West Ham in Dagenham. That was a cracking game, a 4-3 defeat to Spurs, and rivals Arsenal wil l be hoping for plenty of goalmouth action too.

Jayde Riviere was applauded as she made her way - the long way - around the pitch before heading down the tunnel.

She looked upset and was limping slightly.

    A half-chance for Brighton.

    West Ham 0-0 Arsenal

    Gilly Flaherty
Former Chelsea and England defender on BBC Two

Viviane Asseyi just needs to stay more in the box, be alive in there today.

She does threaten the back line, offers that outlet, but she needs to make sure she is that presence in the box. She will be a livewire for Arsenal to deal with today.

  5. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 12:32 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Man Utd 1-0 Brighton

Jayde Riviere goes off after being caught by Poppy Pattinson.

    She's replaced by Gemma Evans.

    West Ham 0-0 Arsenal

West Ham have lost their last four home Women’s Super League matches – they haven’t lost five in a row since January 2021. It's a tough test today and we are off!

Concern for Jayde Riviere who goes down on the far side of the pitch and needs treatment.

United captain Katie Zelem immediately ran over to Marc Skinner to pass on a message.

They are short on defensive cover already so this isn't great news. Gemma Evans has been called over from her warm-up.

Mr Skinner please give Nikita Parris and Mary Earps a new contract pronto! We've lost far too many great players recently, we don't want to become a feeder club to others!

  10. 'Williamson has huge presence and leadership in this Arsenal side'published at 12:30 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

West Ham v Arsenal (12:30 GMT)

    Fara Williams
Former England midfielder on BBC Two

Leah Williamson's return is huge news for Arsenal.

We all know the importance that she has in this Arsenal set up, the leadership that she shows on and off the pitch. As a player we can all appreciate people's presence in the dressing room and Leah has that.

It is important that we have patience. We can't expect the same things from her that we saw before her injury, she has to have time to re-build her form and the confidence that she had before.

    Argh!

Manchester United have a good chance as the ball falls to Ella Toone on the edge of the area.

She won't want to see that again, though. Toone falls over and misses the ball.

  14. 'West Ham should be way clear of the drop zone'published at 12:26 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

West Ham v Arsenal (12:30 GMT)

    Fara Williams
Former England midfielder on BBC Two

West Ham have some real good quality in their squad. You look at the names on paper and there are some good players in there, they should be way above and clear of the drop zone, and they are actually fighting it out with the like of Bristol City in the drop zone.

The signings that West Ham have brought in, Katrina Gorry in that midfield area, are of a high quality too - I am expecting a good battle between her and Vivianne Miedema and Victoria Pelova in the midfield.

United can't make anything of that one.

For some evidence of that, 46.3% of the action took place in Brighton's third in the opening 15 minutes.

    Dominant from United.
