  1. FULL-TIMEpublished at 15:58 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 1-1 Tottenham

A slow burner at Prenton Park ends a goal apiece, with the sides left sitting level in the table on 19 points in 5th and 6th respectively.

On the balance of the game the draw is a fair result that is reflective of both side's improvement this season. In the end though, as was the case back in November, nothing could separate them.

  2. Postpublished at 15:57 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 1-1 Tottenham

End to end stuff now as both sides look to grab a would-be winning goal.

Time may just catch up with them though.

  3. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:56 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 1-1 Tottenham

A cynical foul from Kit Graham earns her a yellow card.

She pulled back Leanne Kiernan as the Liverpool forward looked to break down the left hand side. As obvious a yellow card as you will see.

  4. Postpublished at 15:55 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 1-1 Tottenham

In fairness an equaliser was nothing less than Liverpool deserved after their dominance for large spells in this second half.

As I mentioned earlier on, the reverse match between these sides ended in a 1-1 draw in November, and we look to be on for the same scoreline this afternoon.

  5. goal

GOAL - Liverpool 1-1 Tottenhampublished at 15:51 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Marie Hobinger (90 +1 mins)

    Liverpool have the equaliser!

The ball is worked forward on the left hand side by Leanne Kiernan, before she cuts it back to the edge of the box.

Marie Hobinger collects the pass before unleashing a low drive past Barbora Votikova into the bottom corner.

  6. INJURY TIMEpublished at 15:51 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-1 Tottenham

The stadium announcer has just confirmed that we are to have seven added minutes at the end of this game.

  7. CLOSE!published at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-1 Tottenham

Almost a deciding goal for Spurs.

Grace Clinton threads substitute Wang Shuang into the box on the left hand side, but her shot on goal is straight at Rachael Laws, who parries the ball away before her defenders clear up field.

  8. Postpublished at 15:48 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-1 Tottenham

It's just not happening for Liverpool in attack this afternoon.

Leanne Kiernan looks for a give and go with Sophie Roman-Haug who has her back to goal, but the Norwegian forward's flick around the corner has too much pace and drifts out of play for a Tottenham goal kick.

  9. Postpublished at 15:45 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-1 Tottenham

    Vital goalkeeping from Rachael Laws.

Jess Naz seems to be in behind the Liverpool defence, but the Tottenham forward is denied by pro-active goalkeeping from Laws, who runs off her line and smacks the ball back down the other end of the field.

  10. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:43 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-1 Tottenham

A second change for the visitors as goalscorer Celine Bizet makes way for new signing Wang Shuang up top.

  11. Postpublished at 15:42 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-1 Tottenham

The referee calls a halt to proceedings as another ball has made its way onto the field of play.

Liverpool fans let out a frustrated groan as their side had begun to build up a head of steam.

  12. Postpublished at 15:41 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-1 Tottenham

We're heading into the final ten minutes in this game, and if Liverpool don't find a way back into it, they will suffer a third defeat in a row in the league.

They've not gone on such a run of form since 2022, when they suffered 5 losses in a row between September and November that year.

  13. Postpublished at 15:38 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-1 Tottenham

Incredibly Tottenham had struggled to find a foothold in this contest after half time, but since grabbing the opening goal they suddenly look deadly every time they come forward.

  14. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:36 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-1 Tottenham

A Tottenham break down the right hand almost sees them double their lead in as many minutes.

Grace Clinton feeds a sublime pass through to full back Amanda Nildén, who takes her time to pick her spot, curling an effort across goal towards the bottom right hand corner.

But instead of nestling into the side netting it bounces off the post and across the goal line, and Liverpool clear it away.

  15. goal

GOAL - Liverpool 0-1 Tottenhampublished at 15:31 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Celine Bizet (72 mins)

    Tottenham take the lead!

Somewhat against the run of play in this second half but the visitors won't care.

A ball into the box from the right hand side is met on the run by Celine Bizet, who improvises a finish with her right knee to loop the ball over Liverpool keeper Rachael Laws.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:28 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-0 Tottenham

Liverpool boss Matt Beard opts to make another change. Missy Bo Kearns is replaced by Marie Hobinger.

  17. CLOSE!published at 15:27 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-0 Tottenham

A lightning-fast counter attack from Spurs almost gives them a chance to take the lead.

Celine Bizet breaks down the right before picking out Grace Clinton on the run in the middle, but the midfielder is denied by a combination of defender and goalkeeper before she can get a meaningful shot away.

  18. Postpublished at 15:25 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-0 Tottenham

Emma Koivisto flicks a header forward to send Ceri Holland in behind for Liverpool but Amy Turner is on hand with a covering challenge to deny her a shot on goal.

  19. Postpublished at 15:23 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-0 Tottenham

The corner is floated in from the left hand side but Barbora Votikova claims confidently in the middle of a packed penalty area.

  20. CLOSE!published at 15:22 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Liverpool 0-0 Tottenham

Liverpool send another wicked ball into the box from deep, but Ceri Holland is beaten to the cross by a Tottenham defender, who nods it behind for another corner.
