Ilias Chair celebrates scoring for QPR at LeicesterImage source, Rex Features

    Wow. Just wow.

Relegation-threatened visitors QPR have just taken the lead against leaders Leicester.

And it is Ilias Chair who finishes a fine passing move to stun the Foxes.

  2. Postpublished at 15:40 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Birmingham 1-1 Southampton

It has been end-to-end at times in this one.

Both sides have scored, hit the post and threatened to blow proceedings wide open.

It took an excellent John Ruddy save from point blank to keep Southampton's Ryan Manning out before Lee Buchanan blocked the ball on the line.

  3. Postpublished at 15:39 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Swansea 2-0 Blackburn

Blackburn are looking for a way back into this one as we approach the break.

Tyrhys Dolan sets up Callum Brittain but he hits his effort straight at Carl Rushworth in the Swans' goal.

  4. Postpublished at 15:36 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Leicester 0-0 QPR

Leicester are almost gifted the opener.

Yunus Akgun does well down the left, and drives a ball across the face of the goal.

For a moment it looked as if Kenneth Paal would turn into his own net, but it goes just wide.

Abdul Fatawu then has a good effort on the volley from the resulting corner.

  5. 'Plymouth containing Kieffer Moore'published at 15:36 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Plymouth 0-0 Ipswich

    Ryan Brunt
Former Plymouth striker on BBC Radio Devon

Both sides are cancelling each other out, working hard and pressing high.

Have to note that Plymouth defender Lewis Gibson has done a great job containing Kieffer Moore.

  6. 'Fast passing disrupting QPR'published at 15:34 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Leicester 0-0 QPR

    Matt Piper
Former Foxes winger on BBC Radio Leicester

Both Fatawu and Mavididi are working incredibly hard down each wing.

The fast passing is so disruptive to QPR's style of play.

  7. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:33 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Millwall 1-0 Watford

The Millwall faithful are enjoying life under returning boss Neil Harris and they have just gone close to doubling their advantage.

There's a mix-up at the back and Duncan Watmore steals in but can only hit the post from a tight angle as Hornets defender Francisco Sierralta got back to make it difficult.

Valerien Ismael's side have lost four of their last five games and can't really afford any more slip-ups if they are going to get into the play-offs.

    Preston 0-0 Hull

It's been a really lively start so far with end-to-end action. Fabio Carvalho's effort from distance needed Freddie Woodman at full stretch to deny his fourth in Hull colours since his January loan from Liverpool.

Ben Whiteman was probably the wrong man at the wrong time as far as the player you want to find himself with the goal at his mercy for Preston. His tame effort was easily dealt with by goalkeeper Ryan Allsop.

The way both sides play means there's been quite a few turnovers in possession and opportunities for quick counters. The Hull fans have been in the fine voice but there are certainly enough players in Lilywhite to get the fans on their feet.

  9. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:31 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Birmingham 1-1 Southampton

Both sides have now hit the woodwork, and this time it is the post that prevents Southampton from taking the lead.

Che Adams brings the ball down outside the box, then drifts from left to right.

While Adams doesn't seem to have a sight of goal, he lets an effort rip and it clatters the foot of the post. It may even taken a deflection on the way.

  10. Postpublished at 15:31 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Plymouth 0-0 Ipswich

Ipswich are the second-highest scorers in the Championship with 68 goals from their 34 games prior to today.

Not too many openings for them down in Devon so far.

Remember, a win today would see them go back up to second.

  11. 'Snow doesn't feel festive'published at 15:30 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Birmingham 1-1 Southampton

    Richard Wilford
    BBC Radio WM commentator

Not quite a festive scene here with the snow.

    Especially...because it's March.

  12. 'Rotherham manager furious with players'published at 15:28 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Rotherham 0-0 Sheff Wed

    Andy Giddings
    Sports Editor, BBC Sheffield

Sheffield Wednesday just haven't got the goalscoring rewards for their efforts so far.

    They've had so many chances.

Leam Richardson [Rotherham manager] is furious with his players.

  13. Postpublished at 15:25 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Birmingham 1-1 Southampton

Southampton's Adam Armstrong really has taken somewhat of a liking to scoring against Birmingham City over the years.

He has now scored seven goals in his last five Championship games against Blues. Overall he has eight goals against them in the competition, more than he has against any other opponent.

  14. 'Good pressure from the Saints'published at 15:23 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Birmingham 1-1 Southampton

    Adam Blackmore
    BBC Radio Solent sports editor

That's a really good finish from Adam Armstrong.

Not bad for a man who seems as if he's had a quiet few weeks.

    Good pressure from the Saints.

  15. Postpublished at 15:23 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Preston 0-0 Hull City

Plenty going on in this but no goals so far.

Liverpool loanee Fabio Carvalho forces a decent save from Freddie Woodman in the Preston goal.

  16. Postpublished at 15:23 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Swansea 2-0 Blackburn

    Dafydd Pritchard
BBC Sport Wales at the Swansea.com Stadium

Blackburn's Andrew Moran has had an opening 20 minutes to forget.

The midfielder was beaten by Przemyslaw Placheta in the build-up to Swansea's opening goal.

And now Moran has just given the ball away to Matt Grimes to set up Jamie Paterson for Swansea's second.

GOAL: Swansea 2-0 Blackburnpublished at 15:21 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Jamie Paterson (19 mins)

What a start for the Swans!

Luke Williams hasn't had the easiest time of it since taking over but after last week's win against Sunderland they are looking good to make it back-to-back victories.

Their second goal comes after good work from Matt Grimes who wins the ball high up the pitch before passing to Jamie Paterson who lashes past Aynsley Pears in the Rovers goal.

  18. goal

GOAL: Birmingham 1-1 Southamptonpublished at 15:21 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Adam Armstrong (18 mins)

    High-flyers Southampton have their equaliser.

David Brooks slides in a lovely low pass for Adam Armstrong, who coolly finishes.

  19. Postpublished at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Rotherham 0-0 Sheff Wed

The away side have the ball in the net through Akin Famewo but the flag is up and it does not count.

The Millers are without a win since Boxing Day and, so far, don't look like ending that run today.

  20. Postpublished at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Leicester 0-0 QPR

League leader Leicester have looked good in the early minutes, but boss Enzo Maresca has been forced to shuffle his Foxes.

Dennis Praet goes down injured and he is replaced by Yunus Akgun.
