    Norwich 0-0 Sunderland

Norwich have a couple of early chances against out-of-form Sunderland.

Josh Sargent had a powerful shot deflected wide, with Dimi Giannoulis volleying a shot wide from the resulting corner.

The Black Cats are looking to avoid a fourth straight Championship defeat.

  2. 'Ipswich passing around well'published at 15:17 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Plymouth 0-0 Ipswich

    Alan Seabrook
    BBC Radio Devon commentator

There's been a few chances at either end so far.

From where I'm sat the game's being played at a really good pace.

And Ipswich are passing around well.

  3. Postpublished at 15:16 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Rotherham 0-0 Sheff Wed

    ALL Sheffield Wednesday so far.

The visitors are banging on the Rotherham door, with Millers goalkeeper Viktor Johansson already a very busy boy.

  4. Postpublished at 15:16 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Stoke 0-0 Middlesbrough

No sooner do I write that Stoke have done nothing, they produce a little of something.

And it is a big chance for Million Manhoef.

He links up with Bae Junho, but can only fire over the bar.

  5. Postpublished at 15:15 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Plymouth 0-0 Ipswich

That draw for Leeds in the early kick-off means that Ipswich could move back up to second with a win here at Home Park.

Not too much early goalmouth action to speak of so far.

    Swansea 1-0 Blackburn

    Dafydd Pritchard
BBC Sport Wales at the Swansea.com Stadium

If there were nerves for Swansea before kick-off, that Joe Allen goal has settled them.

The hosts had the quick thinking of goalkeeper Carl Rushworth and direct running of Przemyslaw Placheta to thank for the goal, with the latter's cross eventually turned in by Allen after Rovers keeper Aynsley Pears failed to deal with it.

Early days yet but you wonder if Blackburn's midweek FA Cup exertions - losing to Newcastle on penalties - might have contributed to their slow start.

Stoke City are in all sort of problems at the bottom end of the table.

They were booed by their supporters as they dropped into the relegation zone last week.

And they certainly haven’t given supporters much to enjoy at home. They have won just one of their last 10 home league games (drawing four and losing five).

Across those games they have scored just three goals.

So far today, they are yet to threaten Boro.

    Preston 0-0 Hull City

All-set for a cracker between these two in-form play-off chasers.

Lewie Coyle, not known for his goalscoring prowess, has the Tigers' first chance but he sends his strike past the post.

  9. goal

GOAL: Swansea 1-0 Blackburnpublished at 15:11 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Joe Allen (7 mins)

Joe Allen gives Swansea an early lead!

Swans keeper Carl Rushworth goes long to send Przemyslaw Placheta on his way and the winger uses his pace to get behind the Blackburn defence before crossing into the box.

Rovers keeper Aynsley Pears can't hold on to the ball and pushes it out towards the Wales international midfielder who slots home.

  10. 'Nothing going right for the Saints'published at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Birmingham 1-0 Southampton

    Adam Blackmore
    BBC Radio Solent sports editor

Wow, the Saints are all at sea inside five minutes.

They could have been 2-0 down.

Nothing is going right for them so far.

  11. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Birmingham 1-0 Southampton

And it is so nearly a second for Birmingham City.

Juninho Bacuna wins the ball just inside the Southampton half then races right down the middle of the park.

He looks up and fancies his chances. The midfielder has a go from distance and crashes a shot off the post.

  12. Postpublished at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Rotherham 0-0 Sheff Wed

Wednesday are looking for a third straight win that could see them move level on points with 21st-placed QPR.

Defender Liam Palmer forces some early action from Viktor Johansson in the Millers goal.

    Final Score

There is a bitter wind rolling off the North Sea and swirling around Carrow Road. It’s pouring down.

Yet three male Sunderland fans have just taken their seats…with no shirts on.

Neil Harris is sprinkling his magic at The Den!

Millwall's top scorer Zian Flemming has put his side ahead very early on against Watford with his eighth in all competitions this season.

Watford are not in great form and things have started badly here for the Hornets.

Birmingham City break the deadlock early.

And it's a wonderful opening goal for Koji Miyoshi.

The Japanese forward is unmarked as he meets a long ball into the box, then chests it down and lashes home.

    Swansea 0-0 Blackburn

    Dafydd Pritchard
BBC Sport Wales at the Swansea.com Stadium

Leeds' equaliser at Huddersfield has helped lift the mood among Swansea and Blackburn fans, who are looking over their shoulders nervously at the lower reaches of the Championship table.

Only goals scored separate the Swans, who are 17th, and the visitors in 16th.

This could be a nervy one at the Swansea.com Stadium.

  17. Postpublished at 15:02 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Leicester 0-0 QPR

This is Leicester’s first home league game against QPR since the final day of the 2014-15 Premier League season, a game won 5-1 by the Foxes.

The victory capped off an impressive relegation escape act for the Foxes. QPR, however, ended bottom of the heap and went down.

Who would have then thought Leicester would go on to with the Premier League title the follow year? It’s still amazing, really.

But here we are almost a decade later and QPR are battling to avoid dropping out of the second division and Leicester are looking to bounce straight back to the top flight.

  18. KICK-OFFpublished at 15:00 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

It'll be a big few hours at both ends of the table.

  19. Two sides in sight of play-offspublished at 15:00 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Preston v Hull (15:00 GMT)

    Sanny Rudravajhala
    BBC Radio 5 Live

Good afternoon from Deepdale! Are we all settled in for this one?

Preston have been resurgent - pretty much since the turn of the year and a near-perfect February with five wins and a draw have helped reignite their play-off hopes.

A star showing from Emiil Riis gave them a 3-0 win at Coventry last week – he’ll again be a threat down the right and has four in four as Ryan Lowe names an unchanged side.

Hull are handy too, with only one defeat in seven. Liam Rosenior swaps out attacker Abdul-Kadir Omur for midfielder Regan Slater from the side that drew 1-1 with West Brom last time out.

So, City are shored up perhaps but don’t forget the threat of 21-year old Liverpool loanee Fabio Carvalho, looking for a third goal in a row.

The flags are out with at the Preston fans behind the goal and at the opposite end, the City supporters are just breaking into song, albeit for now battling a rather loud PA system!

There’ll be no cliché lines about rainy nights in Stoke as the Potters welcome Middlesbrough – the Bet365 Stadium is basking in late winter sun.

Fitting, as ahead of the match a legend of the club is asking fans to turn up the heat.

Having spent seven years as a player here, Jonathan Walters is the new interim technical director.

With Stoke currently in the relegation zone he’s asked fans to back the team by creating a ‘wall of noise’ come kick-off. Ear plugs at the ready.
