It had to be Danny Ings against his former club!

He hasn't scored all season but the substitute equalises with pretty much his first touch, pouncing on Michail Antonio's knockdown to prod in.

VAR will check this, however. Was Antonio offside?

  11. 'McGinn's intention is not bad'published at 15:42 Greenwich Mean Time 10 March

    FT: Aston Villa 0-4 Tottenham

    Aston Villa

Aston Villa manager Unai Emery to BBC Match of the Day: "We have to accept that we were facing a Tottenham who are contenders to finish in the top four like us. We have to be consistent, we needed more. Of course we are still fourth but today we lost a very good opportunity.

"We have to accept and react quick. We have to try to correct and analyse the match. Today we are disappointed with the result, but we are accepting it.

"We are focusing on the match on Thursday, again we will need our supporters here at Villa Park.

"We played very well in the first half, we controlled the game and didn't concede chances. We were very good in the transition but we weren't clinical.

"Of course we conceded two goals and it was very difficult. After the red card it was more difficult even. I think John McGinn is always playing with passion. It's his second red card I think in 600 matches. I think he's always honest and very competitive. His intention is not bad.

"We are going to move on. Move on to Thursday and next Sunday."

Michail Antonio is onto a ball over the top. The angle is tight for the shot so he hooks it back for Tomas Soucek, who hits his strike into the ground to make it an easy save for James Trafford.

Can we end the Moyes debate once and for all? West Ham fans aren't complaining because of the results but the football that is being played. Sure he's had decent results but I can understand a fan base expects more when you've got players like Paqueta and Bowen

I'm getting a little bit of a feeling that it is shifting a bit against Brighton. Forest need to be scoring, clearly to get back into this game but they are building that momentum you feel a little bit.

I think that is why De Zerbi is making another change just to try and help his team out a little bit.

    Brighton 1-0 Nottingham Forest

Callum Hudson-Odoi has immediately brought some energy to the Forest attack and he is fouled by Joel Veltman right on the edge of the box.

They haven't managed so far to find that breakthrough.

So they are playing that tactic, trying to change it from the touchline and go with a bit more of an attacking mindset.
