Will Brentford stay up? The Bees won their last away game at Wolves to provide some breathing space between themselves and the bottom three.

They start this game in 14th - five points above the relegation zone - after losing 4-1 at home to Liverpool at the weekend.

Their third successive season in the Premier League has not been helped by injuries and suspensions to key players.

They have been without each of their three top scorers from last season - Ivan Toney, Bryan Mbeumo and Yoane Wissa - for significant periods.

Ethan Pinnock is out with a damaged ankle until next month's international break, while the returns of full-back Aaron Hickey and forward Kevin Schade are "still a bit further down the line". Schade, their £22m signing from Freiburg last summer, has not played since September.

This game was originally scheduled for 23 December but was postponed due to Manchester City being at the Fifa Club World Cup in Saudi Arabia.

City will start March top of the table if they win their next two games - and Liverpool drop points against Luton.

The world has collapsed! Everything is over!

I'm joking of course but some of the hysterical responses online, you would think the world is about to end because Manchester City were held to a draw by Chelsea.

Everybody needs to take a deep breath. Yes, we've drawn at home to a mid-table team but that mid-table team is still Chelsea. They are having a bad season but they're still Chelsea who have world-class players.
