As Arsenal are seeing out this lead Leandro Trossard is fouled on the touchline in front of the Arsenal dugout. Mikel Arteta has no time for sympathy and pushes him back onto the field to make sure Arsenal don't concede in the time that is left.
Arsenal 2-0 Luton
Some late pressing by Luton but Arsenal have packed out their box. They want the clean sheet.
Brentford 0-0 Brighton
A draw probably a fair result in a game that was far from a classic.

Re Aidan (21:07) - The "Luton hype" at the beginning of the season was that we'd beat Derby's record, be relegated by Christmas and therefore the worst Premier League team ever. Instead we've given it a fair go, provided entertainment and looked more of a PL team than we realistically have any right to -
Jay, Luton
Hey Aidan (21:07). Burnley spent 5 times more than we did and we literally have 14 players injured. I’d say we’re doing alright all things considered. Before tonight we were also on the longest current scoring streak in the PL. Most people had us down by Christmas and beating Derby's record. Just a bit of context for you.

Brentford 0-0 Brighton
Danny Welbeck is determined to win this by himself. He bursts into the box and then drives a shot wide of the far post.
Man City 2-1 Aston Villa
Back under way at the Etihad.
Arsenal 2-0 Luton
We are into the first of four minutes of added time in a game that has ultimately been pretty comfortable and pretty routine for Arsenal.
There's bigger and more important battles ahead for Luton.
Brentford 0-0 Brighton
Brighton are looking the most likely to pinch this as we enter the 90th minute. The visitors win a corner, from which Danny Welbeck heads wide.
Arsenal 2-0 Luton
Daiki Hashioka sees a shot blocked as Luton try to make things interesting for the final few minutes.
Arsenal then go up the other end and win a corner as Eddie Nketiah's deflected strike is pushed behind.
Brentford 0-0 Brighton
Roberto de Zerbi slumps into his seat and has his hands on his head as Danny Welbeck's shot is blocked. It was one of the few better opportunities for either side tonight.

Re Aidan, Luton hype. They are as bad as Everton and Forest, but everyone loves the Luton dream. They also have a good go at everyone and sometimes succeed.
Tarporley Blue
Re Aiden: They are playing the potential champions and saving themselves for more important games ahead, give them a break man.

Arsenal 2-0 Luton
Emile Smith Rowe goes off to applause from the Arsenal fans after a fine display tonight. He is replaced by Jorginho.
Brentford 0-0 Brighton
More changes with just a couple of minutes to go. Mathias Jensen is replaced by Frank Onyeka for Brentford.

Average strike from Foden, gift from the Villa players who stood aside, literally..
Andy
Arsenal 2-0 Luton
Luton make another change with Andros Townsend replaced by Luke Berry.
Rob Edwards probably has half an eye on Saturday's game at home to Bournemouth now.
Arsenal 2-0 Luton
Not a bad effort by Takehiro Tomiyasu as he has a bit of space on the edge of the box, but he curls his strike just wide.
Brentford 0-0 Brighton
This is increasingly feeling like it will take something spectacular to win this, with both sides cancelling each other out.
Certainly the fans in attendance deserve something spectacular for their patience, and Igor Julio thinks he's got it in him as he winds up for a shot from range, but it goes well wide.

Am I the only one that doesn't get the Luton Hype? Only 3 points above a Burnley team that everyone agrees hasn't been good enough but they're given a pass. Everton and Forest should be in the relegation zone if they were as good as the hype around them suggests
Aidan
Arsenal 2-0 Luton
A couple of changes for Arsenal as Oleksandr Zinchenko is replaced by Takehiro Tomiyasu, while Gabriel Martinelli is on for Reiss Nelson.
Luton also make a change with Fred Onyedinma making way for Cauley Woodrow.
Just under 15 minutes to go.
