Chelsea playing with a bit more flair and not letting Man Utd settle. Amazing to think this was once a top of the table clash but now a fight for top six.

Harry Maguire slides in on Nicolas Jackson, who nicks the ball past him and runs into space. Poor defending, although Jackson concedes a goal-kick in the end.

    Chelsea 1-0 Man Utd

Mykhailo Mudryk wins a corner off Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Cole Palmer takes and Harry Maguire heads it down... to Mudryk.

Chelsea keep the pressure on and Malo Gusto, tempted to shoot himself, picks out Marc Cucurella instead and the defender shoots over from 20 yards.

Another speculative, blocked shot from United. Antony's effort is deflected wide and scooped up by the keeper anyway.

I do feel Liverpool miss Jota for his finishing, will be a big player when he comes back for the run in.

    Simon

Luis Diaz and Jeremy Doku are the two most exciting PL wingers since Ronaldo. Change my mind.

Blows my mind that David de Gea hasn't had a club all season. What's the fella up to?

Has Ten Hag actually brought any decent players in during his tenure? Anthony = poor, Martinez = permanently injured, Casemiro = past his best, Hojland = not good enough, Onana = liability. Half this team at least is his. When do we start saying he is not good enough for United?

    Tim

Distribution might be a required quality in a modern GK nowadays but there’s no way de Gea is letting that past him. That has happened too many times this season for Onana.

United are not afraid to get their shots away when they go forward. Alejandro Garnacho's first-time effort from Rasmus Hojlund's lay-off is blocked by Malo Gusto.

Lots of people are doom and gloom about Chelsea because they’re 11th. But, a lot of that is due to games in hand and a couple of results can really change everything! If Chelsea win tonight plus their game in hand they would be 7th and 2 points behind Man Utd in 6th! It’s not of question that Chelsea could finish top six, got to a League Cup final and an FA Cup semi-final (at least) which would be a great transition season!

That was Chelsea's fastest Premier League goal against Manchester United since a first-minute goal by Pedro on 23 October 2016.

    They won that game 4-0.

It's Liverpool's ball and Sheffield United can't play with it.

The Reds with near-complete domination of possession, yet despite all that this game has not been put to bed yet.

Mohamed Salah has twice missed the target when well placed, Nunez has also headed wide and shot at Grbic, Joe Gomez (still looking for his first Liverpool goal) curled one past the post.

But Jurgen Klopp will know this game is not done yet. Chris Wilder's side will be relieved and get a breather knowing they won't be chasing after the ball for 15 minutes.

Antony cuts in from the right but his left-footed shot doesn't have enough bend or power and is held by Djordje Petrovic.

At the other end, Chelsea's Mykhailo Mudryk smacks a shot in from 25 yards which hits Casemiro and loops just wide. Corner.

Good block by Chelsea's Marc Cucurella to block Bruno Fernandes' shot for United.

Antony ends up going back to Andre Onana from the right wing.
