Scintillating? No. Speedy? No. Scrappy? Aye.
An unfamiliar air of nervousness tonight it seems. Neither side really asserting themselves. Bit cagey.

Very neat build-up. Not so neat finish.
Lovely interplay in the Thistle midfield releases Aidan Fitzpatrick, who takes the shot early before hammering the ball wide.
We know he can do better than that.

Harry Milne's early cross is wild.
Right into the stand. Still waiting on the blockbuster we expected.

Raith knocking the ball about in these early stages.
Maybe Thistle are still scarred by that sensational game last time between the two? Easy does it.

Something class about a red sock in football. Raith winning the fashion stakes in my book.

Dylan Easton, when he's at his game, I think he's the best player in the Championship.
Ian Murray has changed things up this season, but it's hard to stop Easton when he's at his best.

Raith Rovers manager Ian Murray tells BBC Scotland: "Cue a 0-0. The two games between us this season have been really good.
"Obviously the game at Stark's was topsy-turvy. Partick Thistle are in a rocky path right now, but we all have been this season, and we'll have to be at the top of our game.
"It is a title race, there's no doubt about it. We have to acknowledge it and enjoy it. A win tonight would certainly boost us going into the weekend.
"It would put a wee bit pressure on Dundee United. They probably thought at this point in the season, they'd bee planning their summer spending for the Premiership but we're going to push them."

Partick Thistle manager Kris Doolan tells BBC Scotland: "I think we make sure everybody pushes each other and has to look over their shoulder. You have to perform, otherwise somebody will be there to take your jersey off you.
"At this club, at this level, you have to have that mentality. We have that type of squad. There's strength in depth and everyone's fighting for a starting berth.
"It'll be a tough game. You'll see two teams that want to win. We still want to be a threat going forward. I want to see more of that tonight."

Speaking of box office, there's nobody doing it in Scottish football like Raith Rovers right now.
Two goals up? They can lose. 3-2 down with minutes to spare? They can win.
The support must be knackered, but for us neutrals, it's been exhilarating to watch their exploits this season.
What will they pull out the hat tonight?

What's going on at Partick Thistle?
The Jags threatened to put pressure on the top two if they weren't careful at one point, only to find themselves just four points clear of fifth-placed Airdrieonians.
They're winless in their last seven league outings and have been conceding goals for fun. But they've also been scoring goals for fun.
Let's take a look.
