As an Everton fan, I'm unmoved by neutrals crying about a lack of attractive football. Attractive football did nothing for Luton yesterday, did it? We're playing with a mediocre squad, have no money, and have had eight points stolen by the league. Sean Dyche has done a good job under impossible circumstances.

To Forest's credit they have made a couple of tactical changes at half-time and have been a lot better pressing from the front.

They have got to this stage of the game looking very dangerous.

It's just not working out for Nottingham Forest.

Anthony Elanga threads a lovely pass through the Everton defence for Chris Wood, but the Forest striker takes his eyes off the ball for a second and miscues his first touch.

    Everton 1-0 Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest are inching towards the Everton goal. They just seem to be lacking that bit of quality in the final third.

Morgan Gibbs-White finds himself in an offside position and Everton are back in possession.

How on earth have Forest not been awarded a penalty is anyone's guess! A good shout for all three. They will feel extremely hard done by.

As a neutral I would be happy seeing both these go down, at least Luton play attractive football as does Burnley.
