Jarrad Branthwaite has been important for Everton all season, he has come back from his loan and grown into a man - will he go to the euros?

I think it will come too soon for him, but he has led by example and he has grown as a person.

Jurgen Klopp's priority is to win this match and to go back level with Arsenal.

In Klopp's eight-and-a-half years at Liverpool he is unbeaten at Goodison Park, but has only won here twice.

Everton would love nothing more than putting a hole in Liverpool's title hopes.

It's a sensible decision [to bench Michael Olise], he has had terrible luck with his injuries, they cannot afford for Olise to be injured through the summer.

Under Oliver Glasner in their last couple of games Palace have been good. One player I want to pick out is Jean-Philippe Mateta.

He has been outstanding and he is a powerful centre-forward.

Oliver Glasner was a good appointment.

People aren't factoring how well liked Ten Hag is by the power holders at Man Utd. No way he's sacked before the FA Cup final, and there's a chance he'll start next season even if they lose it.

    Matt

Man Utd are in the rebuilding process. Arsenal were no where near title challengers, but after a few struggling years with Mikel Arteta, look at them now. United need the same patience with both manager and structure. Short term success does not represent long term sustainability!

England assistant Steve Holland is here, casting an eye on Three Lions hopefuls for this summer's Euros.

Surely Jarrad Branthwaite has to be included in the 26-man squad, but is Curtis Jones in with a shout? That midfield is pretty stacked though.

Utility defender Joe Gomez and midfielder Harvey Elliott are both on the bench for the Reds.

Wolves could do with a win tonight. They have taken just two points out of a possible 15. Bournemouth have started on the front-foot with Justin Kluivert looking lively.

Chris: Izzy at 19:31 has it spot on about Man Utd. United fans think they have a right to success because they’re Man Utd. The truth is they earned success because for 25 years they had a genius for a manager and he - Fergie, was literally irreplaceable.

Everton will play like prime Barcelona tonight, just wait. It’s hard thinking we (Liverpool) can win the league when sides are raising their game against us and rolling over to get their bellies rubbed against Arsenal and City.

    Marcel van der Kraan
Dutch football journalist, Marcel van der Kraan speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live

Feyenoord understand they cannot stand in Arne Slot's way, but they want some compensation because this is their best manager they have had in many years.

This man has brought such entertaining football, this is a manager the Liverpool fans can look forward to.

Too many [Dutch managers] have not got the real grip of the Premier League and they do not realise what it was because they were not players [in the Premier League].

These are tough times for Wolves boss Gary O'Neil and his players.

Injuries are biting deep, as O'Neil has emphasised, and it is impacting on performances and results.

All this is well known and O'Neil can only hope owners Fosun cut him some slack and assess his work this season on limited pre-season expectations rather than dreams of Europe that took hold at the turn of the year.

In the unforgiving Premier League environment, you have to search for positives at times like this.

Earlier this week, the New York Times' Rory Smith told the Monday Night Club that the "writing is on the wall" for Erik Ten Hag to be replaced at Manchester United, adding that the Red Devils have "massively regressed" under the Dutchman this season.

Former Premier League goalkeeper Shay Given added that it "doesn't look good" for Ten Hag ahead of Ineos' introduction at Old Trafford.

If it's not broken, why fix it? The moment we have all been waiting for, is Sean Dyche sticking with the tracksuit or has he reverted back to the suit?

The answer: He's gone with the tracksuit again, unless he changes into his suit before kick-off.

The Everton boss has a 100% winning record in that particular attire.

  19. 'Everton do not create too much'published at 19:39 British Summer Time 24 April

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp made a lot of changes for Sunday's win at Fulham, including leaving Mohamed Salah out, but they still won pretty comfortably.

I can see this game going the same way. Everton will give everything of course, but the two goals they scored against Nottingham Forest were both from outside the box and they are not a team that creates too much.

Liverpool have got more quality and they should have plenty of opportunities. If they take them, they will win.

This is the second in a run of three away games in a row for Klopp's side, with a trip to West Ham to come at the weekend. It looked like a tricky run at a crucial stage of the season but at the moment they look capable of getting through it.

    Sutton's prediction: 1-2

  20. 'Irritation clearly festering for feisty Ten Hag'published at 19:38 British Summer Time 24 April

Man Utd v Sheffield Utd (20:00 GMT)

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport

Erik ten Hag was on the front foot during Tuesday's pre-Sheffield United news conference.

The Manchester United boss was mildly irritated by being asked after Sunday's FA Cup semi-final penalty shootout victory over Coventry City if he was embarrassed by his team's performance.

Clearly that irritation has been festering over the intervening couple of days because he was ready with the answer, turning the criticism on the media.

And given I asked the first question, the answer was aimed at me.

I do not take that personally - and, in any case, Ten Hag is allowed to criticise who he likes.

But it is naive to believe he can manage a club the size of United, come within a toenail of being knocked out of the FA Cup by a lower league club - having been 3-0 up with 20 minutes left - and neutral observers not think they have been somewhat fortunate.
