As a Forest fan I shouted louder than I probably should when that Wolves goal went in. We have Man City tomorrow and it’s so tight between us and Luton.

Eddie Howe the head coach / manager of Newcastle United instructs Bruno GuimaraesImage source, Getty Images

Why are we blindly following Howe? Am I crazy to think that he has neither tactical flair, nor any grit! The worst of both worlds! Either go all out for a tactical magician like Zidane or trust in the moxie of a manager like Moyesy!

    Robbie, NY

Peter doesn't speak for us all. Some of us want Eddie Howe out

    Newcastle 1-1 Sheff Utd

Imagine if Sheffield United could defend. They wouldn't be in the hole they are in now.

They're spraying it around with confidence but cannot keep a clean sheet.

    Wolves 1-0 Luton

There were 18 seconds between Luton having their chance through Carlton Morris' saved header and Wolves scoring.

Luton have been playing everything long in this game and it is a breakaway goal from Wolves. Hwang Hee-chan is left in a one versus one situation with Teden Mengi.

As a defender if you don't get tight the forward sense he has time and space and that is what has happened here. Hwang looked up and took the chance and the shot deflected into the net in the end.

Wolves suddenly looking very confident now.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:43 British Summer Time 27 April

    Man Utd 0-0 Burnley

A second yellow card for standing on a foot in quick succession, this time Antony on Vitinho, who needs treatment.

  9. Postpublished at 15:43 British Summer Time 27 April

    Fulham 0-0 Crystal Palace

    Almost a goal for Fulham!

Great work by Rodrigo Muniz - despite being surrounded by a couple of Palace defenders - to get an attempt away from a tight angle.

    Corner to the hosts.

  10. Postpublished at 15:43 British Summer Time 27 April

    Man Utd 0-0 Burnley

Burnley have attempted four shots on target, more than they average in a Premier League game this season (3.6).

  11. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:42 British Summer Time 27 April

    Man Utd 0-0 Burnley

Alejandro Garnacho slips and as he tries to recover and stick his leg out for the ball, Burnley's Wilson Odobert stands on his foot and gets booked.

Garnacho hobbling, Vincent Kompany not happy.

  12. 'Best chance of the game'published at 15:41 British Summer Time 27 April

    Man Utd 0-0 Burnley

It's incredible some of the chances in this game, that is the best chance of the game.

Lyle Foster knew he had the pace of his defender [Harry Maguire].

  13. Postpublished at 15:41 British Summer Time 27 April

    Man Utd 0-0 Burnley

Big chance for Burnley striker Lyle Foster (again) as he races through one on one and is denied by Andre Onana.

At the other end Alejandro Garnacho has a shot blocked and then shoots into the side-netting.

  14. goal

GOAL - Wolves 1-0 Lutonpublished at 15:39 British Summer Time 27 April

    Hwang Hee-chan (39 mins)

Jose Sa saves that Carlton Morris chance I mentioned a second ago and boots the ball up the pitch to Matheus Cunha.

He picks out Hwang Hee-chan, whose shot is deflected past Thomas Kaminski. Big blow for Luton.

  15. Postpublished at 15:38 British Summer Time 27 April

    Newcastle 1-1 Sheff Utd

    Zlatan will not be happy!

Newcastle's Alexander Isak (18) breaks Zlatan Ibrahimovic's record for most Premier League goals in a single season by a Swedish player. Ibrahimovic scored 17 for Manchester United in 2016-17.

  16. Postpublished at 15:38 British Summer Time 27 April

    Wolves 0-0 Luton

Wolves' Joao Gomes does well in midfield to win the ball, take on a couple of defenders and then shoot over from outside the box.

Chance for Luton at the other end now but Carlton Morris' header is saved.

  17. Man Utd too easy to create chances againstpublished at 15:37 British Summer Time 27 April

    Man Utd 0-0 Burnley

It is patently obvious and has been for some time that Manchester United are too easy to create chances against.

Burnley have wasted a couple and Andre Onana produced a brilliant stop to deny Lyle Foster.

United do have decent attacking options but are not secure at the back, which is a team effort.

  18. Postpublished at 15:37 British Summer Time 27 April

    Man Utd 0-0 Burnley

Manchester United have only won one of their past seven games in 90 minutes, against Sheffield United last time out.

  19. 'Brilliant save from Onana'published at 15:35 British Summer Time 27 April

That toon fan doesn't speak for us all. We all back eddie howe

    Peter in Newcastle

Settle down Sam, what a nonsensical comment to make given the context and outcome of this season so far. Howe has achieved a lot this season with the cards he’s been dealt.

    Johnny, Newcastle toon fan

Howe naive Sam?? But for a terrible call in Paris.....I think he knows what he's doing.
