    Sebastian Vettel pushing too much? He runs wide at the penultimate corner and is battle for second is over. There's a bit of debris close by, possibly from that Toro Rosso clash earlier, but Vettel accepts responsibility.

    Nico Rosberg is cruising to victory here. He is 7.5s ahead of Lewis Hamilton and this will be big psychologically for Rosberg.

    Lewis Hamilton's battle is now with Sebastian Vettel, as the Ferrari continues the pursuit.

    Sparks were always going to fly in the battle between the Toro Rossos, and so they do.

    There's little between the two and Max Verstappen doesn't have time to react as Carlos Sainz locks up just ahead of him and Verstappen clips his team-mate, sending him into a spin.

    Never mind trying to win the race, Lewis Hamilton will have some defending to do soon. Sebastian Vettel 2.4s behind him and lapping eight tenths of a second quicker than Hamilton.

    Fernando Alonso on BBC Radio 5 live following his horror crash with Esteban Gutierrez: "I feel good. It was a combination of factors and it ended up in a crash. But we are lucky we are both OK. For the safety of those cars is why I am alive - and the safety wall. I think it was a racing thing and sometimes we forget we are going 300km an hour."

    Daniel Ricciardo is the fastest man on the circuit at the moment, his latest lap a 1:29.420. Sebastian Vettel is but a speck in the distance, though, with the Ferrari 17 seconds down the road.

    Lewis Hamilton is nibbling into Nico Rosberg's advantage, with the gap between the two at the front now 8.5s.
