We've done well to get to one hour before the end of testing to have our first red flag of the day!

It is for the Sauber of Marcus Ericsson. He's in the gravel just after Turn 4 and facing the wrong direction.

Is this the magic roundabout in Swindon? Proud to say it never caused me bother when I lived there.

I guess that makes me better than Lewis Hamilton.

Jenson Button is also on a race simulation.

Speaking of Haas, their running is done for the day.

Esteban Gutierrez had managed just one install lap before the team spotted an anomaly after changing the turbo charger and he hasn't been out since.

Meanwhile, Daniel Ricciardo's race sim continues, he has just taken on a set of hard tyres.

Team principal Maurizio Arrivabene and there's been no issues for Sebastian Vettel when he has been in the car. He has had a trouble-free day so far and is on 107 laps and counting.

We've got a new name at the top of the timesheet for today. Valtteri Bottas has reached for the super softs and popped out a solitary flying lap in which he clocked 1:23.261.

That time is three tenths of a second quicker than Lewis Hamilton's, but the world champion had set his on the soft tyre.
