  1. The car was on the edge - Rosbergpublished at 15:12

Race winner Nico Rosberg in the podium interviews: "It's been an awesome weekend in Singapore for me.

"Of course Daniel tried to pull one on me at the end but we managed to hold him off - I'm really, really happy.

"I couldn't come in at the same time as Daniel because I was in traffic.

"The whole car was on the edge, it always is in Singapore. It's all the more satisfying with a race like that."

Amit Mandalia: Few more laps would have been an exciting finish. Not the greatest but decent race. Not the end for HAM, plenty of races to go.

Nick Hughes: Is Ricciardo doing a shoey after the #SingaporeGP, external? Brave man in that heat and humidity.

Yamann: Superb weekend from Nico. A weekend showing why Lewis should've never been and should never be compared to Senna.

Nico Rosberg leaps out onto the podium. Could this be his year? He's overcome the disappointment of seeing his early advantage wiped out by Lewis Hamilton and then trailing by 19 points to move into an eight point lead after three successive wins. The momentum is certainly with him.

You really have the impression that Rosberg has timed things perfectly. He's just to keep this together for a couple of laps.

It looks almost as if Ricciardo has taken the performance out of the super-softs with this charge and he is now beginning to fall away.
