Almost a coming together involving Max Verstappen and Kevin Magnussen. The former thinks about squeezing through at Rascasse but bails at the last minute as Magnussen leaves him little to no room.
Meanwhile, the two Mercedes are back in the pits. Not much long-running going on for them with 15 minutes to go.

I think we have seen the end of the qualifying runs with Hamilton down in eighth and Bottas 10th. They are half a second down on their first practice time so evidently not going for outright pace in this session.

Lewis Hamilton is a second off Sebastian Vettel's pace and the Briton skips across the chicane before heading into the pits.

Kimi Raikkonen, on ultra-softs, goes second quickest, just 0.003s slower than Daniel Ricciardo.
Lewis Hamilton improves. Sort of.
He does a 1:13.873 to go eighth quickest, while Valtteri Bottas is a tenth of a second down in ninth. Nothing representative yet from the Mercedes pair.
Neither Lewis Hamilton or Valtteri Bottas are pushing yet as they look to get the ultra-softs into the window.
