Thirty minutes until lights out. The pit lane is open and the cars head out to the grid.
The start should be fascinating today. Sebastian Vettel will be desperate to get the jump on Valtteri Bottas and if he succeeds, then surely the race win is his.
Lewis Hamilton, meanwhile, will want to avoid getting swallowed up by the cars on the faster tyres around him.
Sure to be an all action start.

McLaren were 12th and 13th, Fernando Alonso yet again ahead of Stoffel Vandoorne by 0.139 despite the Belgian having an approximate 0.15secs power advantage in the newer-spec engine he was running.
The reliability problems that meant Alonsohad to revert to the older ‘Phase Two’ engine after the bearing in his MGU-H failed in the Phase Three engine, which Vandoorne has stuck with, have given Honda a headache ahead of Silverstone next weekend. Do they run Alonso with the older PU at Silverstone and sacrifice performance? Fit a Phase Two-spec MGU-H to the Phase Three engine for Silverstone, which might also mean a penalty, and is also a reliability risk? Or just go for it with a brand-new Phase Three engine for Silverstone so they are in better shape for Hungary, which they expect to be a much more competitive race for them?
Silverstone is one of Honda’s worst tracks because the lack of braking means they struggle to recover enough energy to be able to deploy the maximum around the lap. Honda F1 boss Yusuke Hasegawa said he had not decided what to do. But if I had to bet, I’d say they’ll take a new engine at Silverstone and take the grid penalty there. Certainly Alonso’s reaction when I asked about likely penalties in the McLaren news conference - several nods of the head and a smile - suggested that was the case.

Lewis Hamilton is the only current driver to win the Austrian Grand Prix, taking victory last year. The race was off the calendar from 2004 until 2013, however.
Alain Prost has won the most Austrian GPs with three.

Valtteri Bottas is on pole position today, the second pole of his career after securing his place at the front of the pack in Bahrain earlier this year.
Bottas could do his Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton a massive favour by backing up the two Ferraris behind him, but he insists he isn't going to play that game.
"From what I've seen on the pre-race strategy notes, that kind of plan is not on those notes," he said. "We need to focus on having a good start of the race and we need to win the race. And for sure Lewis can fight back from where he's starting."

Ferrari have been off the Mercedes pace in qualifying at the last two races, with significant margins between them and pole. That is not the case here in Austria. So does that mean the apparent trend of Mercedes one-lap superiority has ended? Not necessarily. The margins in Canada and Baku were to Lewis Hamilton - it has always been close between Valtteri Bottas and the fastest Ferrari, just as it is in Austria - 0.042secs, to be precise.
This weekend may just have been a question of Lewis Hamilton under-performing when it mattered. So it will take more evidence to establish a pattern.

Sebastian Vettel appears to be skating on very thin ice after adding to his list of misdemeanours.
Jean Todt says he will be strongly punished if he is naughty again but doesn't specify what the punishment will be.

Sebastian Vettel will receive a “very strong” punishment if he commits another offence similar to his collision with Lewis Hamilton in Azerbaijan.
The warning comes from Jean Todt, president of governing body the FIA, who decided not to take any further action against Vettel at a hearing on Monday.
Todt told BBC Sport: “I would have been uncomfortable to go further than what has been done after the last event. I would be very comfortable to be very strong if it happens again. He knows that.”

Despite thinking Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel won't be exchanging Christmas and birthday cards anytime soon, Christian Horner does believe their rivalry it set to be one of the greatest in F1.
“It has all the ingredients,” he added. “There has been very little to choose between them this season and they are very different characters.
“Vettel typifies that Germanic precision. He works hard and is fiercely private. On the other side is the flamboyant, naturally gifted, almost pop star-style character that is Lewis. Hopefully it will get juicier in the second half of the season.
“Some of the greatest racing I saw growing up was the rivalry between Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost. The sport needs heroes and villains so the fans can choose.”
