We're still not quite sure how Romain Grosjean managed to bin his car under the safety car, but he did. Listen to the moment he put the Haas in the wall here.
A win is a win, but subdued celebrations from Lewis Hamilton.
Your thoughts on the race
Dan Bell: Lewis deserved that after being robbed of the Australian win
James Johnstone: If ever there was an advert for Formula 1 that’s it right there, what a race, we’ll done Sergio!
Ian Jones: Jeebus, can they race at Baku every week?!
This Charming Manc: Great race from start to finish, feel the layout of the track though leads to too long of a safety car. The stewards for me were also very slack in the clean ups
Red Bull driver Max Verstappen, speaking about his collision with team-mate Daniel Ricciardo: "Disappointing for the team. We lost a lot of points unneccessarily. We don't need to speak about who is at fault because we are representing a team.
"The tow was very strong. We were pretty similar speed and always very close. Before that it was hard racing but very fair. What happened afterwards was not good. This has happened before, you learn from it and we have to make sure it doesn't happen again. We will talk about it and see what happens."
Are you and Daniel OK afterwards? "Yes, of course. As racing drivers you go for every inch. We are very fair to each other and spoke immediately afterwards."
A thoroughly dejected Valtteri Bottas, whose chances of a win were robbed from him with a late puncture, said: "It was just unfortunate. Unlucky. Ten pints of beer and maybe (I) will be fine. I will get through it, you always have to get through, it is part of racing but at the moment it is painful.
"Street circuits are difficult, there are always going to be a lot of crashes. I didn't know I had run over anything or seen anything. Just unlucky."
Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff says: "The win was his (Bottas), he pulled away at the restart and ran over a huge chunk of debris. I just feel for him. There was even a tiny chance to win the race on a normal strategy as well.
"It doesn't change the reality we are a little bit behind at the moment but I guess Lewis got his Melbourne win back.
"Barcelona will be interesting because we were the quickest there during testing. There is definitely a lot of work for us to do in various fields because at the moment the Ferrari is the fastest car on the track."
Remember, in Australia, Lewis Hamilton was winning but Ferrari took advantage of a safety car situation as Sebastian Vettel got the win.
Your thoughts on the race
Rachel T: Hamilton has class - obviously feeling for his teammate & realistic about being lucky.
Kenny Kong: Luckiest win? Got to be there to finish the race to gain on the circumstance, got to feel for Bottas, and well-driven Perez
PK Jarju: Oh my goodness what a race? Never seen an incident pack F1 race like this. Reminds me of the Lightning McQueen movie, Cars
So, a quick recap of the top 10...
So to summarise, here's what happened in the final 11 crazy laps:
Race reaction
Reece Young: No idea how Lewis Hamilton ended up winning that race. This season has been a madness so far. Most mental start to a season I have ever seen
Diegwu: Well I think this is the craziest F1 race I have watched in a long while. Lucky win for Hamilton
aprxtin: I told everyone it's the best track on the calendar! WHAT A RACE! GET IN THERE LEWIS!
A good day for Williams as well. They went into today with no points and collect four points thanks to Lance Stroll's eighth here. Again another driver that likes this track with this finish coming after his third in 2017.
Just one of many dramatic moments in this thrilling race.
Listen to the moment Valtteri Bottas' tyre blowout cost him victory.
Mercedes non-executive chairman Niki Lauda, speaking to Sky Sports: "Good and bad. Why didn't they clean up the circuit properly? There was so much time to do it.
"For Valtteri Bottas disaster, for Lewis Hamilton, really good. Safety car was on for forever, why did nobody pick it up?
"A win is better than losing, no question."
You want some Alonso chat, no problem. That is four finishes in a row for the Spaniard, who only picked up 17 points in all of last season.
He started 12th, suffered a double puncture on the opening lap, recovered but still looked to be struggling, and then finished seventh for the third successive race with a fifth-place in Australia also under his belt. Well played, sir.
Race reaction
Ashley Wilkinson: Always said McLaren were hasty to drop Perez after one season in 2013. Time and again he pulls the Force India to a podium - and Force India keep defying the odds too. Driver/team of the day
Caitlin Marshall: Can we talk about Alonso for a second please, finishing 7th after that massive puncture?! An absolute beast of a drive
Thomas Knights: How many punctures have there been in the 2017 and 2018 Baku races? The debris Bottas hit was not small, surely there was enough safety car time to clean that critical area of the track
Everyone who finished had at least two pit stops. Lewis Hamilton went from the red supersofts, then on to the yellow softs, then on to the purple ultrasofts.
With a bit, well, a lot of luck as team-mate Valtteri Bottas' hopes were cruelly dashed with a late tyre explosion, Hamilton wins it.
Who expected to be hearing God Save The Queen being played when Hamilton was third, well behind Bottas and Vettel. But there it is.
A race they will talk about for years and years to come.
Sergio Perez, who finished third: "The last two laps were the best of my whole career. It was so difficult, I was on the super-soft and had to keep a very strong rhythm. I am speechless."

Kimi Raikkonen, who finished second, said: "I was inside [for the crash with Esteban Ocon], he probably didn't see me. It was not ideal the start for me, a difficult race after that, I tried to come back and certain moments I felt good. Just tried to play the long game. It paid off but it wasn't very easy."

Lewis Hamilton wins an incredible Azerbaijan Grand Prix
Race winner Lewis Hamilton: "It was quite an emotional race. Valtteri did an exceptional jon and deserved to win, Sebastian also did a great job so it feels a bit odd to be up here. Definitely an untidy race for me."
