A bit late to the party, but the Mercedes pair are out there now.
Valtteri Bottas is quickly up to sixth quickest, with Lewis Hamilton seventh.
A long, long way to go in this session, but these are the top five at the moment.
Fernando Alonso seventh and Stoffel Vandoorne 12th quickest so far in this session.
A great second session so far from Toro Rosso. Brendon Hartley second and Pierre Gasly fourth, although the Red Bulls and Mercedes pair are yet to set a time. The Ferrari duo of Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen are first and third.
Your Monaco GP memories
Steve Woods: First race I ever saw when I was 11 years old was the Monaco GP in 1992 with Senna battling Mansell. Wow!! Loved every minute of it!! That's what got me into F1.
Miranda Lane: I love Monaco as it's such a cool & challenging street circuit, drivers give 1000% commitment all weekend! My best memories definitely Mark Webber in 2010 + 2012 Diving into Red Bull Swimming Pool.
But, not everyone is a fan...
Mike Barham: I don't want to put a downer on the conversation, but it's almost as if everyone has been told to big up the Monaco GP this year because they know the race itself is often processional and boring... Probably even more so this year with the aero as it is... just an opinion!
We are back under way..
Romain Grosjean, after clipping the wall twice earlier today, is second fastest of the early guys out there, behind Charles Leclerc, who has home-track advantage and has probably driven on these streets loads of times.

Christian Horner was having a good stir in the team bosses' news conference on Lewis Hamilton's contract.
He says that he figures "money" must have something to do with the delay, the amount must be "grotesque" and making Toto and Niki's eyes water.
