Force India still haven't been out yet in Q3. Sergio Perez and Esteban Ocon are about to go out for their only run.
Here they come...
Ferrari's cars back in the garage. Ready for one last run?
Yep, Ricciardo is a good half-a-second off the pace there. He's sixth. Red Bull team-mate Max Verstappen is slightly quicker, but only fourth. Lewis Hamilton is fifth as we stand. Five minutes left.
Daniel Ricciardo racing round now... Looks slightly off the pace at this stage...
Seven minutes left: 1) Vettel, 2) Bottas, 3) Raikkonen, 4) Hamilton.
But then Sebastian Vettel rips past Bottas into the lead - the track record falls again! 1:10.776 is the time to beat now.
And Valtteri Bottas has immediately set the standard - smashing Daniel Ricciardo's track record from Q2 with a time of 1:10.857.
The 10 drivers left: Ricciardo, Verstappen, Bottas, Hamilton, Vettel, Raikkonen, Hulkenberg, Sainz, Ocon and Perez.

Lewis Hamilton is up against it - only sixth quickest in Q2. He has work to do right now.
So 10 drivers left to fight for pole, and 12 minutes to do it. Q3 is off and away.
Inge tweeted in at 18:20 to ask if we could see Nigel Mansell. Well, we couldn't get him to drive, sadly, but he has tweeted.

A really dismal, dismal performance by McLaren. I think that is their worst qualifying of the year.
McLaren finished 14th and 15th in that session - with Alonso behind everyone bar team-mate Stoffel Vandoorne.
Haas driver Romain Grosjean, speaking to Sky Sports: "I think I am hitting the bad luck for this season, the next season and the one after that as well. On the positive the car felt really good with the upgrade. I knew I could be best of the rest today so I was really going for that. Anyway, tomorrow it is a long race and hopefully we can have a good day."
Daniel Ricciardo's super-fast lap takes him top at the end of Q2. Verstappen second, then Bottas. Fernando Alonso fails to make the top 10.
Daniel Ricciardo goes quickest now with a new track record of 1:11.434. Verstappen down to second.
Sebastian Vettel looked to be flying there... Then ran into traffic, and decided to abort and come into the pits. He's not happy.
Verstappen remains quickest in 1:11.472. Bottas second, 0.042 behind. Vettel third, 0.052 secs off the top. Two minutes left of Q2.
Fascinating battle for the last top 10 spot here - a fight between between Nico Hulkenberg, Kevin Magnussen and Brendon Hartley as it stands, but with nothing in it. It would be quite some response by Hartley to get a top 10 spot, given all the rumblings over his future and Toro Rosso's attempts to sign Lando Norris.
