    Verstappen: Top class or trouble?

Euan: Verstappen is an interesting one. He is an aggressive driver by nature, which is great for spectators and racing in general, but he does need to start picking his moments more carefully. Poor start to the season but I'm looking forward to his bounce back which is coming.

    Verstappen: Top class or trouble?

Horner's words are the theme of today's debate. Is Verstappen a world champion in the making or is he just a bit too much of a liability to realise his undoubted potential? Thoughts please on this, and any other F1-related topics, via Twitter using the hashtag #bbcf1. Ta.

The jury still seems to be out on Verstappen. There's no doubting his talent, but his capacity for calamity has had his bosses tearing their hair out. Just this week, Red Bull team principal Christian Horner publicly said that Verstappen was "trying too hard" and needed to learn from team-mate Daniel Ricciardo.

The groundhog has been, how can I put this, forced to retire from this weekend's Canadian Grand Prix. For the humans, though, there's all to play for. Good afternoon.

However bad your Friday was, spare a thought for the groundhog that ran into Romain Grosjean's Haas during Canadian Grand Prix qualifying.
