Valtteri Bottas, on the wrong end of Sebastian Vettel's car at the start, has worked his way back up to 12th. Vettel goes past Romain Grosjean, and is eighth.

I've spoken to Mercedes about the damage to Valtteri Bottas' car and he sustained quite a lot of floor damage so that will be costing him time and maybe more than the five seconds that Sebastian Vettel has been penalised.

Vettel goes past Nico Hulkenberg on the inside to move into the points - he's now 10th.
The thing to point out about Vettel's time penalty is that he may not serve it in the pits. He is on soft tyres and so could go to the end - having it added to his final time instead.
