Verstappen is not giving up in this battle for fourth. He makes another move through Brooklands and almost completes it but once again Leclerc defends.
Verstappen tries again a couple of corners later and this times looks to have done Leclerc.. but no! The Ferrari fends off the Red Bull and keeps the position.

This is breathless stuff, fantastic racing throughout the field. There's lots going on in the world of sport today but it is all about the action at Silverstone at the moment.
Verstappen has another nibble at Leclerc but the Ferrari manages to find a bit more on the Wellington straight and stays fourth for now.

Overall no change of position and that's a shame because he's got more pace than Charles Leclerc but he can't get past him.
Lap 15/52
"Ahhhh no grip."
Lap 14/52
Hot on the heels of Gasly are Leclerc and Verstappen as they head down the pit lane.
Oh hello! They are back out side-by-side but Verstappen comes out on top... or does he!? Just as the team were celebrating he runs wide exiting the loop and Leclerc breezes past and into fourth.
Lap 13/52
After making the move, Gasly pits and is back out on another set of mediums.
Engineer: "We're seeing front left wear."
Hamilton: "Yep, there's a lot of wear."

Gasly caught Vettel napping. Gasly just eased through and made it stick.
Nice and easy for Gasly... Vettel was probably too busy looking ahead to Leclerc and Verstappen.
Alex Lloyd: What a race between the Silver Arrows already! Brilliant from the pair of them and can’t forget Lando going wheel to wheel with Danny as well! #bbcf1, external#skyf1, external
Lap 11/52
Max Verstappen is all over Charles Leclerc like a curious dog checking out a stranger in their home.
It's nose to tail as Verstappen ducks and dives, trying to find a window of opportunity but Leclerc slams it shut every time.

Lap 10/52
The gap between Hamilton and Leclerc is growing with the Ferrari now four seconds behind the Mercedes.
However, it is all about keeping those softs going for as long as possible for Leclerc, who will be more concerned about the approaching Red Bull of Max Verstappen, which is on mediums.
"Gap to Leclerc is 2.3 sec looks like his front left is starting to open up."
