This is going to be so, so, so tight.

Hamilton is about eight cars back in the queue.
Race control say the session will restart at 15:48 local time - so two minutes.
Lewis Hamilton hasn't joined the queue yet, instead opting to keep his tyres warm for as long as possible. There's going to be a lot of traffic ahead of him...
Vettel crashes in Q2
Deanna Troi: This is going to be a one lap shoot out to get into Q3.
Peter: Hold on. Seb Vettel bins it and destroys his car? Never.
David Dalton: Michael Masi, please do not restart this session.

Vettel lost it in Turn Four having slightly unsettled the car over the apex kerb. Lots of damage, but the impact, replays show, was not as bad as it looked from the stationary car.
The debris has been cleaned up, the session is about to restart and the drivers are queuing up at the end of the pitlane.

Hamilton should be OK, and is told so by engineer Peter Bonnington - but if anything happens and he can't set a lap when the session restarts, he will start the race 15th.
"So Lewis, you still have time for an out lap."

A flying lap is about 1:30 so Lewis will still have time. They will surely restart it.
"Oh my god. That was very, very close."

It was an oversteer for Sebastian Vettel. The car just let go on him and he went into the wall. Charles Leclerc almost hit his team-mate, they were running together.
Will there be enough time for this session to be restarted? There's two minutes left on the clock and if not, Lewis Hamilton will be out in Q2...
"Ah I just...I'm OK."
Big smash for Sebastian Vettel and the session is red flagged! He's OK but the Ferrari front wing is obliterated and engineers in the Ferrari garage have their hands on their heads.
Solid lap from George Russell with 1:33.583. He's 13th and it won't be enough to get him through to Q3 as everyone else back out.

George Russell didn't have a first run so has instead gone out first now and has the track all to himself.
Seven minutes to go and the drivers in the drop zone are:
11) Albon
12) Stroll
13) Vettel
14) Hamilton
15: Russell
