The Red Bull driver, currently fifth, says: "There is no way Norris is doing a one-stop. He is overdriving."
Only three of 16 races this season have not been won by Mercedes - one apiece for Red Bull (Max Verstappen), Alpha Tauri (Pierre Gasly) and Racing Point (Sergio Perez).
Verstappen currently holds the fastest lap and a 2.4 second lead over Valtteri Bottas.

It is pretty rare you have no changes in position in the top 11 after three laps of a grand prix.
The top three - Verstappen, Bottas and Hamilton - are all on the mediums, as is Carlos Sainz in sixth and Esteban Ocon in 10th.

Bottas had a great reaction to the lights but Verstappen had really good drive once he got going. Maybe the clean side of the grid help him get better traction.
The top eight all hold their positions. The big climber is Kevin Magnussen up from last to 17th.
