McLaren: "So Lando, just to confirm, we still think Plan A."
Norris: "Yep. Confirm."
Safety car ending. Let's race, again.
Raikkonen out, a potential problem for Bottas and a potential issue of debris on the track. Another lively start to a race in 2021.
Mercedes: "They have cleared most of the debris on the main straight, but some of it is still going to be there, I imagine, when we start racing. You'll be on the left-hand side, so you've just got to be careful on the opening laps. "
Hamilton: "On the main straight, left-hand side? On the racing line?"
Mercedes: " Yes."

There is a little bit of whispy smoke coming from the back of Bottas' car.
We're still behind the safety car as the debris is cleared from the track from Raikkonen's car and his actual car is scooped up from the stones.
One of the things to look out for is Daniel Ricciardo ploughing his way through the field after a Q1 horror elimination yesterday.
He's already gained three spots, from 16th to 13th, ahead of Alonso and Tsunoda with Raikkonen's race done in two laps.

Really sloppy from Kimi, just drove into the back of his team-mate! Bizarre one.
Seeing the pictures again, and Kimi Raikkonen has driven into the back of team-mate Antonio Giovinazzi. At first glance, the Italian doesn't seem to have done much wrong there.
Lando Norris has passed Esteban Ocon, someone has gone into Kimi Raikkonen, whose front wing flies off and he ends up beached in the gravel.

First part of the job done for Mercedes. They got away really evenly. Lewis Hamilton had his mirrors full of Max Verstappen but he did not succumb to the pressure.
Perez drops one from fifth to fourth, with Carlos Sainz going the other way.
Bottas holds on to the lead early on the first lap. Perez has made a bad start from fourth.

Here we go!
Pirelli say the softs will be changed at about the lap 17 mark, while those on the mediums will aim to go another 10 laps before any pit-stop action.

It is going to be cat and mouse, a game of chess out front between the Mercedes and the Red Bulls. That is assuming they all get away at the front. Then it is what can Red Bull force Mercedes into?
The start is going to be crucial, the pit stops could be crucial and the bit in-between? Could also be crucial.
Formation lap time. We've seen Sergio Perez then have to start from the pits in race one, followed by Sebastian Vettel doing the same in race two. Can everyone get themselves round this time?
