Rolling start it will be.

"We do expect more rain but it is a bit confused at the moment. There is a dead zone in the radar and we can't see that rain at the moment. There could be rain in about seven minutes' time."
"Puddly" is a lovely word.
Cars back out on track, following the red safety car.

Everything we said an hour ago still stands. It is still a bit puddly, but it is not undriveable. It is going to be high pressure, high stress for all those 20 drivers.
"We are in a bit of a clear band now. It does look like there could be some rain later on."
Just lick your finger and hold it in the air, because no-one seems to know if it will rain again or not.
Go and make yourself a quick cup of tea.
Race will resume at 15:05 BST behind the safety car, is the latest update given over the tannoy.

Mario Isola, head of Pirelli Motorsport, tyre provider for Formula 1: "I believe the chaos was generated by the weather forecast because we know how difficult it is to make a prediction here. With the mountains the wind is always changing direction and so suddenly we had this heavy rain that was changing the plans.
"So now it looks like these clouds are going in the direction from Nice to Italy and it should be dry in the next minutes.
"For us, the preparation is before the start of the race and then the teams have the full allocation of tyres in blankets and can decide at the last minute what they want to do and the decision is up to the teams.
"The real problem here is the level of grip because we are on a street circuit. It is not the temperature because we tested the tyres in this temperature, but it is the level of grip that is really low.
"If the sun is coming out, the track is going to dry out very quickly, so it is another important choice for the teams' strategists."
So, what caused all this hullabaloo? here's an explanation from Pirelli's Mario Isola...
Right, back to race focus for drivers now. Carlos Sainz lowers himself down into the car, Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen are walking towards theirs.
Pierre Gasly has a quick stretch to clear out the cobwebs, and he's the latest man to climb in and buckle up.

If you follow Bottas on social media you'll know the Finn had a picture of him in a stream, bare bottomed, and then sold a load of them for charity.
