Hamilton on the mediums in fourth place is right behind Carlos Sainz here even though he's on the harder compound of tyre. Hamilton is the driver looking to make the most progress. Sainz is dropping back from the top two and Hamilton is really close.

The fastest lap clock visits Max Verstappen on lap six and the Dutchman is giving the fans exactly what they want: their man leading the race.

Verstappen got off the line really well and Leclerc just didn't quite get next to him enough to be able to go side by side but I think Hamilton was quite lucky there not to lose the rear at turn one touching Sainz.
"Car is ok."
Kevin Magnussen is told his Haas is OK but that was one bumpy trip into the gravel trap.
Sluggish start from Lewis Hamilton off the line and when he tries to go on the inside of Carlos Sainz, a touch occurs from the Mercedes of the seven-time world champion.
1. Max Verstappen (Red Bull)
2. Charles Leclerc (Ferrari)
3. Carlos Sainz (Ferrari)
4. Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes)
5. Lando Norris (McLaren)
Kevin Magnussen goes into the gravel at speed and brushes the barrier. The Haas comes back onto the track and just keeps the car going.
Lando Norris, on the other hand, has managed to jump the other Mercedes of George Russell.
Doesn't look like it's caused any troubles for the Ferrari and Mercedes as the pair stay in their respective places of third and fourth.
Max Verstappen covers off Charles Leclerc to lead into Turn 1 but there's contact between Carlos Sainz and Lewis Hamilton.
Come on Zandvoort. Give us a cracker.

The start will be important and through turn one you can go side by side but we saw in F2 and F3 that if you're not fully alongside you can get pushed wide and lose a lot of spots so you have to be really careful of your position.
Red Bull have an even healthier advantage in the constructors' standings, topping the table by 118 points from Ferrari.
Alpine, meanwhile, have created a tiny bit of distance between themselves and McLaren after Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon both finished in the point in Belgium.
A 93-point championship lead is in the hands of Max Verstappen. Will it be extended by the time we wave goodbye to Zandvoort for another year?
Sergio Perez moved up the order after his second place last weekend, while just a point separates Carlos Sainz and George Russell in the hunt for fourth spot.
